The Hairy Bikers explore Lancashire, the county where Dave was born, the duo begin their trip at Morecambe Bay. They also travel north of Liverpool to the market town of Ormskirk, and the village of Tarleton, to visit Croftpak Nurseries. On their travels they cook dishes including lamb chop pakoras with a tahdig, a Lancashire butter and potato pie, and a gingerbread and black cherry trifle with honeycomb topping
