The former social worker and nurse are desperate to enjoy their retirement in their dream home, but while Louis is passionate about the abode and the local area, Isabel hates their property. With a refurb budget of £70,000, Kirstie is confident she can give Isabel the ground floor space she wants, while Phil takes to the road with the couple to show them the amazing homes they could buy
