It is up to Dr Ameet to calm his patient and get him into rehab. Dr David Ward deals with angry Irishman David, who arrives on crutches and with an injured hand following a fight. David is furious with the council, and is taking a distinctly negative approach to life, so the doctor suggests he tackle his problems one at a time. Finally, nurse Sheila Wellavise helps cheerful patient Mario, who almost cut off the end of his finger while using a circular saw while doing a spot of DIY

She recommends a course to help him combat his addictions, but he proves reluctant to comply when he discovers each session lasts four hours
