1. Past drama comes between Shona and Jodie
With David tied up at the hospital, a worn-out Shona barely gets the door closed before Jodie launches into her. Dredging up years of bitterness, Jodie accuses Shona of abandoning her with their awful parents and never truly caring.

2. Roy and Nina hit a bump
As Roy pens a heartfelt letter to Alice, Nina jokingly suggests he take their relationship up a notch. Roy does not see the funny side and promptly storms off in a huff.
He’s already made it clear that he has no romantic interest in Alice and only considers her an acquaintance. But, does Nina have a fair point?
3. Betsy has hope in Coronation Street spoilers
At Underworld, Betsy tugs at Carla’s heartstrings, insisting they were once a family – and could be again – because both she and her mum still love her. Emotional manipulation or genuine hope?
4. Maggie isn’t impressed
Leanne casually floats the idea of buying Maggie out of the Rovers, clearly expecting a civil conversation – but it detonates instantly. Eva is left wide-eyed and speechless, while Maggie feels blindsided and furious. Convinced Eva’s been secretly plotting with Leanne behind her back, Maggie unleashes her frustration and makes it clear she won’t be pushed aside without a fight.
Meanwhile on the Street, Megan drops a worrying bombshell on Will, calmly announcing she’s going away for a while. Will immediately panics, asking if she’s ill and what she’s supposed to tell people. Megan’s vague answers only make him more anxious.
