Danielle returns to help Todd, and Bernie celebrates her victory
And, Carl drops a big hint to Summer
In Coronation Street spoilers for Fri, Apr 10, Sarah meets up with Danielle in a bid to save Todd from Theo.
Elsewhere, Bernie is pleased to hear that Mal is planning on moving away from the cobbles.
Here’s everything that’s happening in Coronation Street on Fri, Apr 10.

1. Theo tightens his hold on Todd
Tension is rising fast as Theo looks set on keeping control of Todd at all costs. Sarah, increasingly worried, shares her concerns with Christina and Summer, convinced something isn’t right.
Gary, meanwhile, has had enough and orders Theo to collect his tools, making it clear he’s not welcome back. Acting on Gary’s advice, Sarah meets Danielle at the bistro and bravely asks the question on everyone’s mind – was Theo ever violent with her? But will Danielle open up?
Things soon take a dramatic turn when Todd arrives and spots them together, with Theo not far behind – and absolutely furious. Later, back at home, Theo makes his next move, pulling Todd in close and revealing they’re heading to Belfast on Monday after his contract comes through. Todd forces a smile, but it’s clear he’s anything but happy.
2. Carl plays games with Debbie and Summer
At the hotel, Carl is in full charm mode as Debbie mentions she’s thinking about dance lessons. Seizing the moment, he sweeps her into a waltz, much to Ronnie’s frustration as he watches Debbie laughing and enjoying herself.
But Carl isn’t all smiles. Catching Summer on the Street, he delivers a chilling hint – if she really wants to know what happened to Billy, she should stop blaming him and start looking much closer to home.

3. Bernie’s relief may be short-lived
Over at the café, Roy reveals that Mal is planning to move back to Inverness, leaving Bernie hopeful that things are finally turning around. Gemma then explains that Jodie had been secretly leaving bad reviews on his website, pushing him to leave.
It sounds like a victory, but whether it lasts is another matter entirely.
4. A fresh distraction for Sam
Nick tries to lift Sam’s spirits by arranging a chess game with Roy, offering a welcome break from recent tensions.
5. A tough moment for George
Elsewhere, George is left downbeat when an estate agent arrives, forcing him to confront what the future might hold.
