Asha's struggles continue and Carla returns home

In Coronation Street spoilers for Thu, Nov 5, struggling Asha receives some words of wisdom from multiple Weatherfield locals.
Elsewhere, Kevin causes a scene when he rages at Carl over his dodgy MOT business yet again.
Here’s what’s happening in Coronation Street spoilers for Thu, Nov 5.
1. Eva takes charge
Eva’s thrilled to see her name on the sign over the Rovers door, calling a staff meeting to share her grand plans for her pub Halloween spectacular.
Maggie then tells the staff that while Eva might be the landlady, she’s actually the top boss of the place. Sean, Glenda, Lauren and Gemma are baffled as to who they should actually take orders from…
2. Kevin outs Carl’s for dodgy MOT dealing
Dee-Dee calls to tell Ollie that the case against him has been dropped. Ollie then explains how he was involved in a car accident and it transpired that the car had a dodgy MOT.
Kevin overhears and, pointing at Carl, he reveals that his brother is an expert in dodgy MOTs.
As the men square up to each other, Eva chucks Kevin out of the pub. Carl then marches over to the garage and has a go at Kevin for showing him up.
3. Asha continues to struggle
Asha helps out with preparations for the quads’ birthday party, but it’s clear she’s still struggling.
Gemma talks to Asha about her own depression and how she eventually learnt to control her dark thoughts. As Gemma leaves, Asha thanks her. But once alone, Asha hears Naomi’s voice in her head and relives her recent trauma.
Later, Maggie comes across Asha and seeing she’s upset, she encourages her to share her troubles. Asha then opens up about being a paramedic, even revealing to this relative stranger that she tried to kill herself.
Maggie suggests that Asha must have helped people in similar situations in her line of work and therefore it’s time she showed herself the same kindness. Maggie’s words strike a chord with Asha.
4. Carla has an unhappy return
Lisa tells Roy that Carla is due home today and also shares that she can’t wait to see her. She also tells Roy that any feelings she had for Becky are definitely in the past.
When Carla arrives home, she is taken aback when Becky purposely lets slip that she’s been staying over at No.6.
5. Hope accuses Jake of bullying her
Hope is convinced that Jake is behind the nasty messages she has been receiving. She finds him in the café, grabs his phone and smashes it.
Gary and Izzy call to talk to Tyrone about the ongoing feud but it’s news to Tyrone. Fiz hadn’t told Tyrone what was going on with Hope as she didn’t want to add to his stress.
