1. Summer in the spotlight as police close in
The pressure ramps up for Summer as Lisa brings her in for questioning following Kit’s latest revelation. What might have felt like a routine chat quickly turns into something far more serious, with Summer very much in the firing line. On the Street outside, Todd is quick to leap to her defence, trying to calm things down and push back against Lisa’s growing suspicions.
But things take an even darker turn later on when George starts probing Summer about the night Theo died. As he pushes for answers, a flashback begins to reveal exactly what George saw on that fateful evening. With the truth hanging in the air, all eyes are on Summer to see how she reacts when confronted with what could be a devastating piece of the puzzle.
2. Ben shuts down Maggie as tensions explode
Things are already strained for Ben when he receives a call from the police confirming that Megan has been released on bail. The news is a blow, but the situation at home only adds fuel to the fire when Maggie turns up for a family lunch, revealing that Ollie was the one who invited her.
Ben is far from impressed, and the atmosphere around the table quickly turns icy. During lunch, he drops the bombshell to Will that Megan is now out on bail, leaving everyone unsettled. Maggie, horrified by the situation, insists she will do everything she can to protect Will, but Ben has had enough. 3. Daniel under fire as vile trolling returns
Daniel once again finds himself at the centre of a disturbing online storm when Nina shows him and Jodie a series of vile posts circulating about him. The accusations are serious and deeply personal, suggesting Daniel knew about Megan grooming Will and even claiming he was once involved in grooming Summer himself.
The claims leave Daniel reeling as the abuse escalates, raising urgent questions about who could be behind such targeted and damaging trolling. With suspicions mounting and emotions running high, Daniel is left desperate to uncover the truth before things spiral further out of control.
4. Sarah takes a break
Fiz voices her concerns to Carla, worried that Sarah has lost her confidence since the attack and is struggling to find her footing again. Carla suggests Michael could step in and take over some of Sarah’s workload, but the idea doesn’t go down well when Sarah takes offence at the implication.
5. Roy shows off his new building work
Meanwhile, there’s a lighter moment as Roy proudly shows Fiz and Chesney the café’s new look after its makeover, offering a brief moment of calm amid the chaos elsewhere on the Street.
