First signs of 'explosive' Jimmy Bullard and Adam Thomas row as tensions rise in I'm A Celebrity South Africa camp

'Competitive' Adam has been piling on the pressure…

Adam Thomas and Jimmy Bullard were involved in a huge off-screen row while filming I’m A Celebrity South Africa, and now the first signs of a rift appear to be showing.

Before the series started, reports suggested that a blow-up occured between the men during a Bushtucker Trial. It’s claimed Adam “totally lost it” and “started screaming at Jimmy”.

The “unexpected” row apparently won’t be shown on screen during the pre-recorded series. However, last night (April 15), Jimmy told soap star Adam he was “the worst campmate I’ve ever had”, as the boys had a one-on-one before Jimmy’s eating trial…

First signs of Jimmy Bullard and Adam Thomas row?

Last night saw Jimmy Bullard and Harry Redknapp go head-to-head on an eating trial. Jimmy ended up winning, with the Rhinos landing a South African safari and a slap-up bush barbecue.

However, ahead of the trial, Adam had some words of wisdom for Jimmy, piling on the pressure for him to win. The behind-the-scenes row apparently centred on Adam’s competitive nature, which was evident as he told Jimmy: “It’s all riding on you.”

So could this be the start of the major falling out between the boys?

‘I’m not putting any pressure on your but…’

With Adam in his bunk, Jimmy told him of Harry: “He might draw with me but he ain’t beating me.”

“That’s what I’m talking about Jimmy,” said Adam. “You need to do it for us man. We deserve it,” he said through gritted teeth. “It’s all riding on you. I’m not putting any pressure on you but eating trials have stepped up big time.”

Responding, Jimmy grumbled: “That’s all I need to hear.” Walking away, Jimmy appeared to joke as he told Adam: “Honestly you’re the worst campmate I’ve ever had.”

Adam then told Jimmy to ‘prepare himself’ for the eating trial, warning: “Seriously, you’re gonna be throwing up. Prepare to throw up mate.”

“Honestly, I’ve never known such a…,” Jimmy said, tailing off.

Adam Thomas’ row with Jimmy Bullard explained

The “explosive” row between the campmates is said to have taken place during a Bushtucker Trial, where Adam allegedly “started screaming at Jimmy”.

A source told The Sun: “Adam totally lost it. It was completely unexpected and deeply shocked the other campmates – including Jimmy, who didn’t see it coming. Adam is intensely competitive and was taking his jungle return very seriously.

“He was frustrated by what happened in the Bushtucker Trial and lost his temper.”

Will Jimmy attend the live final?

Despite attempts to smooth things over after filming, the fallout is reportedly ongoing. Producers are said to have tried to intervene once the cast returned to the UK. However, the pair have yet to fully resolve their differences.

The unresolved tension has now raised questions over whether both stars will appear at the live finale on April 24.

The new format will see viewers vote for an ultimate champion, or I’m A Celebrity Legend, during a live show in London.

But insiders say Jimmy may not attend. “They’d love to have all the campmates there,” a source said. However, they admitted that the bad blood between the pair means it’s “looking unlikely”.
