Anthony's happy reunion is short-lived
Prodigal son Anthony Trueman returns to Walford in EastEnders spoilers for Mon, Aug 31, reuniting with dad Patrick ahead of the wedding. The happy reunion doesn’t last long though, as he soon learns of Patrick’s attack.
Meanwhile, guilty Oscar can no longer keep his secret buried, and confesses to Patrick that he was behind the attack. How will Patrick react?

1. Anthony’s back in EastEnders spoilers
Anthony Trueman returns to Walford ahead of Patrick and Yolande’s wedding. He’s soon blindsided by the news that his father has been injured in a break-in and attack.
Meanwhile, struggling with his sense of guilt, Oscar confesses to Patrick about the attack.

2. Tommy learns the truth about Zoe
Joel is determined to raise the funds to see his favourite influencer live. When Ross refuses, Joel goes to see Ian about a job.
Meanwhile, Lily learns that Tommy has set up a fake profile which he’s been using to ‘like’ malicious posts about Stacey. Kat and Alfie confront Stacey, but only grow even more concerned about Joel’s negative influence on their son.
Meanwhile, having been turned down by Ian, Joel gets a job from Harry wiping stolen phones. When Tommy lends a hand, he discovers Kat’s stolen phone.
He listens to her voicemail messages and is shocked to hear Alfie’s confession about Zoe. What will Tommy do with this information?
3. Callum feels jealous at Johnny’s return
Johnny returns home early from his cruise holiday. Callum is happy to have him back, but soon grows deflated when he sees him on a date in The Albert.
4. Okie piles on the pressure in EastEnders spoilers
