As Zoe's tormentor issues another sinister threat, Alfie uncovers the shocking truth tomorrow

More terror for Zoe
Joel Harley

Zoe Slater’s tormentor struck again in EastEnders tonight (Monday, November 3), as she and the Slaters discovered that more family pictures had been defaced. This was another chilling development for Zoe, who was already reeling at the disappearance of her cat.

In an altogether difficult day for Zoe, she’d also learned that her Private Investigator was calling off the search. Returning home, she revealed to Kat and Alfie that someone had destroyed more pictures, scribbling her face out.

But who’s targeting Zoe?

Zoe faced another setback in EastEnders tonight

Zoe was still feeling rattled by the events of Halloween night. While Kat was sympathetic to her daughter’s torment, Alfie warned her to air on the side of caution – assuming that Zoe’s ordeal had been a prank by the twins gone awry.

Not to be put off, Zoe headed out to a meeting with her Private Investigator. Zoe was dismayed to learn that Sharon had closed the case, and instructed her not to share her findings.

If she wanted to know what Ms. Blake had found, Zoe would have to stump up £3000. Blake wouldn’t say more than that, but told Zoe that she’d traced a ‘key piece’ of the puzzle.

She asked her mum for the dough, but things were tight at The Vic – and Kat and Alfie refused. There was more bad news in store, too. Freddie had managed to lose Mini Mo.

Outside, Zoe set about searching for her missing kitty. After being harangued by Vicki, Zoe made amends with Anthony – still lurking around her like a bad smell. Ignoring her suspicions, she confided in him about this latest setback.

She was convinced that she needed to go to the police over the barrel store attack and missing cat. Anthony reassured her that he was on her side, and believed that she really was being targeted (so much for that psychotic break, huh) and encouraged her to stay strong.

Later, at the pub, Kat and Alfie were discussing the situation when Zoe began screaming upstairs. Rushing up, they found Zoe in a state of panic – surrounded by defaced pictures of herself, pinned up all over the wall.

“Someone really is out to get me!” she reiterated.

Alfie uncovers the truth about Zoe’s stalker

As Zoe continues to panic over the defaced pictures tomorrow, Kat is determined to help her daughter. She decides to sell her share of the limo business to Harvey, so as to fund Zoe’s Private Investigator.

Later, she and Zoe meet with Ms. Blake, who shares an update on Zoe’s son.

Meanwhile, after talking to the twins, Alfie’s suspicions continue to grow. He confronts Zoe, who admits that she defaced the pictures herself.

Was Zoe responsible all along?

The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett's grass suit divides steals the show

Joel Dommett’s latest fashion choice on The Masked Singer has split opinion among viewers, with many fans taking to social media to question the host’s bold look during the third episode of series seven.

The ITV show returned with a Sports Day-themed instalment, and while Joel fully committed to the brief, some viewers felt his outfit may have been a step too far. The presenter appeared in a suit designed to resemble grass, instantly becoming a talking point as the episode got underway.

The new episode followed last weekend’s launch, which saw four celebrities unmasked. Singer Anne Marie was revealed as Goldfish, while The One Show presenter Alex Jones turned out to be Disc Jokey. Little Britain actor Matt Lucas was unveiled as Arctic Penguin, and rapper Professor Green was the star hiding behind Teabag.

This week, Monkey Business, Yak, Toastie, Arctic Fox and Conkers all took to the stage to battle it out for a place in the competition. However, it wasn’t just the performances that had fans talking, as Joel’s sports-inspired outfit quickly stole the spotlight.

The Sports Day special also welcomed Freddie Flintoff to the judging panel, joining Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan, Maya Jama and Jonathan Ross. But despite the star-studded line-up, much of the online reaction centred on Joel’s wardrobe.

One viewer wrote on social media: “I’m sorry but what in the name of jackets is Joel wearing?” Another added: “What the hell has Joel got on? It does make me wonder what he’s going to wear next.” A third questioned the overall styling, asking: “What on Earth are the panel wearing tonight?”

Not everyone was unimpressed, though. One fan admitted they “really want” Joel’s suit, while another praised his commitment to the theme, writing: “Gotta give it to Joel for going in all with the sports theme. Only he could pull off a suit that looks like grass.”

Fans 'figured out' Yak's identity ahead of the show

Away from the fashion debate, fans were also busy playing detective as they tried to work out the identities behind the remaining masks. Viewers believe they may have already cracked the mystery of Yak.

Taking to X, fans discussed clues such as “Yak of all trades”, “Leave your tech behind” and “From dusk till dawn”. Some suggested these hints point to someone who works across different industries and has a connection to nature or switching off from technology.

Several viewers are convinced the clues – and Yak’s deep voice – could be linked to actor Reece Shearsmith, known for his roles in Inside No 9 and The League of Gentleman. One fan wrote: “Yak definitely gave Reece Shearsmith’s character Papa Lazarou vibes.” Another agreed, adding: “Yak is giving Reece Shearsmith vibes, sounded like some of the crazy voices he’s done in League of Gentleman etc.”

The characters still in the competition ahead of Saturday’s show are Toastie, Moth, Can of Worms, Sloth, Red Panda, Conkers, Arctic Fox, Monkey Business, Yak and Gargoyle.
