Beef season 2 features several celebrity cameos, including Billie Eilish’s famous brother, a pop band, and two world-class athletes.

Unlike the first season, which revolved around a feud between two everyday road-ragers, Beef season 2 takes place in the orbit of the elites.

Specifically, it follows Ashley (Cailee Spaeny) and Austin (Charles Melton), two low-level employees at a luxury country club who become entangled in a fight between their boss (Oscar Isaac) and his wife, Lindsay (Carey Mulligan).

There may be a class divide between the two couples, but they aren’t as rich or powerful as the club’s guests. So, here are all the celebrities who pop up in Beef season 2 for a cameo.

***Warning: mild spoilers for Beef season 2 ahead***

Benny Blanco

Benny Blanco appears as himself in episode 2 of Beef season 2.

He’s one of Troy’s (William Fichtner) friends at the club. We see him talking to Josh (Isaac) about the possibility of him losing his job, enjoying a drink, discussing their “buy-borrow-die” financial strategy, and playing a high-stakes card game.

Blanco (real name Benjamin Joseph Levin) is a record producer who’s worked with Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, and Ariana Grande, among many others. He’s also a musician in his own right, releasing several singles (including ‘Eastside’).

Baron Davis

Baron Davis also appears as himself in episode 2, showing up alongside Blanco in the same scene.

He may not be as recognisable to UK audiences, but Davis is a two-time NBA all-star who played for the likes of the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Clippers.

Over the past 10 years, he’s become a prominent TV host and sports analyst. Davis has also slowly been expanding his film and television career; for example, in 2025, he appeared as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars.

Michael Phelps rounds out episode 2’s celebrity cameos, sitting separate from the group as he pressures Josh into playing cards.

Phelps is the most decorated Olympian of all time, winning a staggering 23 gold medals in his swimming career (as well as five other medals).

Beef season 2 only marks his third role in a scripted drama. In 2008, he cameoed as himself in Entourage, followed by a brief appearance (again, as himself) in Suits in 2014.

Finneas O’Connell

Finneas O’Connell has a substantial role in Beef season 2 – and it’s not just a cameo.

He appears in one scene in episode 7 (with Billie Eilish’s ‘bad guy’. Again, he’s one of Troy’s friends, and we see him stretching in the gym. He also offers to hook him up with another woman, due to his issues with Lindsay.

Finneas is best known for his link to Eilish. Not only is he her brother, but he’s also her creative partner, winning 21 Grammys together and an Oscar for their work on ‘No Time to Die’.

Not unlike Eilish (who earned acclaim for her performance in Swarm, one of the best Prime Video shows), Finneas is also an actor.

He has a long list of credits in film and TV, whether it’s Bad Teacher, Glee, Modern Family, or Turning Red.

More importantly, Finneas serves as the composer on Beef season 2. He met Jake Schreier, an executive producer and director on the series, via Blanco.

According to showrunner Lee Sung Jin, it was his work on Barbie (with ‘What Was I Made For?’) that made him the perfect fit for Beef.
