1. Cain at rock bottom
Cain knows he is on the verge of losing it all and Moira’s gratitude over how he’s keeping the farm going while she’s in prison only makes him feel worse.
Under pressure from Joe, invoices piling up and nowhere to turn, Cain tells Sarah there’s nothing he can do.
2. Sarah struggles
Desperate to help her grandad but struggling with the pressure of the secrets herself and the strain that is putting on her marriage to Jacob, Sarah tells Cain he has to come clean to Moira.
Sarah finds it even harder when Belle asks her to open up about what’s going on. Buckling under the weight of Cain’s secret, will Sarah reveal all?
3. Cain gets a wake-up call
In the Woolpack toilets, Cain has a difficult and painful urination and there is blood in the toilet bowl. He is terrified for his future and Liam spots how shaken he is.
Liam urges that it’s time his family knew the truth about his health, so Cain makes a decision…
4. Cain is finally honest with Moira in Emmerdale spoilers
Going to see Moira in prison, Cain finally reveals his cancer diagnosis is serious. Her world falls apart and she begs him to tell Kyle, Isaac and the family so he can get support.
Cain also breaks the news about Joe and the farm, but she is adamant Cain’s health is more important.
5. The Dingles find out
Heading to the Woolpack, Cain gathers the family. He takes Kyle and Isaac to have the toughest conversation of his life with them.
Later, Sam gives a speech reminding Cain how loved he is by his family. But will it give Cain the support he needs to fight this head on?

6. Joe disappointed
Joe’s masterplan to take over Butlers Farm and add it to the Tate empire does not impress Kim. He feels like she doesn’t appreciate him and all of his efforts. But will he take revenge?
7. Kim and Moira’s showdown
Vanessa confirms the TB results for the herd are looking good and Matty, Mack and Ross dare to belive they have turned a corner with the farm.
However at that moment Kim is in the prison visiting Moira. How will this go? Will Kim get the farm? Or does Moira have some fight in her yet?

8. Graham’s compassion sees Rhona waver
As he lets on to Rhona he knew about Cain’s cancer diagnosis, Rhona is clearly moved by Graham’s actions. It’s clear he wanted to help Cain in the battle with Joe and Rhona starts to remember the good man he once was.
9. A charged moment leads to jealousy in Emmerdale spoilers
Lydia witnesses a moment between Rhona and Graham that is electric.
They don’t know that she spotted them, but she reports back to Kim what she saw. Kim pretends the information doesn’t bother her at all, but it’s clear she’s lying to herself as well as to Lydia.
10. Graham gives Rhona an ultimatum
Graham tells Rhona to meet him at 12.30 today or he will keep his distance from her for good. Rhona has a huge decision to make.
Graham nervously waits for Rhona on the footbridge, wanting the chance to tell her everything about how he really feels. But will Rhona meet him? Or has she chosen Marlon?

11. Laurel reveals the truth about Arthur

12. Nicola grows suspicious of Kerry and Jai
Nicola is the gossip queen and is sure she’s spotted something between Kerry and Jai. Kerry secretly lets Jai know she’s down for a hook-up that afternoon, but Nicola has seen their closeness. What will she do with her suspicions?
13. Bear is assessed
Paddy gets word that Bear is to be assessed to see if he’s well enough to be discharged from the secure mental health unit. Will they let him come home? And is he really ready?
