As Carl Webster overhears deadly Billy confession, guilty Theo turns on Todd at the funeral
Theo can't cope with his guilt
In tonight’s episode of Coronation Street (Tuesday, January 27), Carl Webster overheard Theo confess to leaving Billy Mayhew for dead.
As Theo quietly let his guilt spill out while alone with Billy’s coffin, he wasn’t aware that Carl had been standing just outside.
And, this moment is only just a taster of the tense atmosphere about to erupt at Billy’s funeral.

Carl Webster knows Theo Silverton’s deadly secret in Coronation Street
Tonight on the cobbles, Todd and Summer made final flower arrangements with Mary ahead of Billy’s funeral tomorrow. Theo also supported them having just arrived back from seeing him mum.
After this, Todd sat on the bench outside as was met by Debbie who wanted to give him £3000 for Billy’s funeral. Todd declined her kind gesture and told her that she wasn’t to blame for Billy’s death. He was. Theo’s manipulative words had finally gotten to him.
Theo then saw Debbie talking to Todd and demanded that she stayed away, with Carl Webster then rushing in to defend his sister (aka mum.) The pair then started a fight outside.
Later on, Theo headed to spend some time with Billy’s coffin at the undertaker’s as his guilt over leaving Billy for dead became too much for him.
He then apologised to Billy for not saving him, unaware that Carl Webster had been standing right outside the door and had overheard everything!
