A bombshell from Ben changes everything...

Callum and Johnny’s relationship hit an all-time low in EastEnders today, but things are only set to get worse when Ben makes a shocking demand tomorrow.

Could this be the final nail in the coffin for Callum and Johnny’s relationship?

Johnny put his business before Callum

After Tim asked the couple out for a drink, Johnny worked hard to persuade Callum to go, knowing that he needed to butter Tim up for further investment in his law firm.

At first, Callum wasn’t sure about seeing Tim. But when Johnny told him his business was on the brink of financial collapse, he wasn’t left with a lot of choice.

When the couple arrived at The Albert to meet Tim, they joked about what safe word they should use if Tim got too flirty with Callum. However, it soon turned out that Tim’s affections were the least of their worries.

Tim made a shocking demand

The real reason Tim had asked the couple out for a drink soon became clear.

He explained that he had a competitor at work who was rumoured to have a criminal record. He wanted Callum to dig through police files to get the dirt so he could use it to his advantage.

Callum was horrified at the request, pointing out that he would lose his job. At first, Johnny was equally shocked by Tim’s demands. However, when Tim asked why he should invest in Johnny’s business if they weren’t going to help him, Johnny soon changed his tune.

Backed into a corner, Callum told Tim where to go before marching out of the bar – leaving Tim fuming and his relationship with Jonnny hanging by a thread.

EastEnders: Is it over for Jonny and Callum?

Later, Johnny went to see Callum and the pair had a huge fight. Johnny asked why Callum had risked his career for Ben but not for him, and Callum was furious.

Johnny admitted that he was jealous of Ben and Lexi. But it was only when Callum showed him his divorce papers that had come through from Ben, and Johnny reacted with disinterest, that Callum lost it.

Yelling at Johnny that not everything is about him all of the time and that getting divorced was a huge thing for him, Callum tells Johnny to leave. Could this be the end for the pair?

The drama continues tomorrow when Callum hears from Ben in EastEnders

Unfortunately for Callum and Johnny, this drama is far from over. As Callum tries to make amends, it looks like things are back on track. However, when a friend of Ben’s turns up with a shocking message… all hell breaks loose.

Spoilers for next week reveal that Callum is torn over a letter he has received from Ben. He is determined to walk away from the situation and focus on Johnny. But Kathy convinces him that he has to help Ben for Lexi’s sake.

However, when Ian, Kathy and Callum arrive in a mystery location to help Ben, they realise Tim has set them up.

Tim later arrives with news of the damning footage of Callum and uses it to blackmail him. Jonny decides to try to reason with Tim. But Tim reveals he will only delete the footage of Callum if Johnny sleeps with him. Will Johnny go through with Tim’s demands to save Callum?

What attracted you to become a guest Dragon on the new series of Dragons’ Den? Are

there other industries or sectors of interest to you?

I’ve been a fan of the show and the Dragons for over a decade. I’ve been entrepreneurial

from the start of my music career and began angel investing around 2016. When I was

asked to be a guest Dragon, I simply couldn’t refuse. Outside of music and entertainment,

I’m interested in technology, health, food & beverage and crypto/Web3.

What kind of Dragon can we expect to see?

The experience itself was a surprise. I’d say I’m a shrewd but empathetic Dragon. I tend to

get more excited by young founders and entrepreneurs, as it reminds me of myself

starting out in the music industry at a very young age. I’m mainly interested in businesses

where I can add significant value beyond capital. If I can’t, or I have no interest in the

sector, I won’t waste my time or theirs.

Did you go into the Den looking for a particular type of business or individual?

I’m hoping to find a young founder with a disruptive tech solution for the music industry,

particularly around distribution or marketing, or a Gen Z / Gen Alpha–focused consumer

brand.

What do you look for in a potential investment, and how important is the individual

entrepreneur?

I look for healthy annual recurring revenue, and an idea or service that is progressive,

creates access, and lowers barriers to entry. The entrepreneur is crucial — I look forUnder Embargo until 00:01 Tuesday 20th January 2026

charisma, resilience, and someone who has been strategic enough to put together a

strong team.

What do you think makes the perfect pitch?

One that clearly displays the character and energy of the brand or entrepreneur, while also

being on point when it comes to numbers, books, and projections.

Did you have any secret strategies to secure the best investment opportunities over the

other Dragons?

I like to nurture relationships with entrepreneurs and connect them with other founders or

people who can help their business grow. This usually positions me well for strong

investment opportunities. I also leverage my profile and broad network to make deals

more favourable.

Tinie Tempah makes his first appearance on Dragons' Den on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 8pm on BBC one.
