Fans convinced Kim is ‘set’ for new relationship with Billy
Quite the pairing?
Emmerdale fans reckon widow Kim Tate will embark on a new romance with Dawn Fletcher’s heartbroken husband Billy.
Both Kim and Billy are currently single after having their hearts broken over the past year.
But, in an unlikely pairing, could they both actually find love again with each other?
Kim and Billy’s heartbreak
Kim Tate seems to be enjoying the single life right now. She’s probably enjoying the peace of not having to dig fake graves for anybody for the time being.
With husband Will Taylor dying at Christmas, Kim’s grief was slightly tainted by the fact that Will was trying to do one over on her right before his death.
Meanwhile, Billy Fletcher’s not quite as comfortable with the single life after his wife Dawn cheated on him with villain Joe Tate. Poor Billy.
Moving out of Home Farm and struggling to co-parent the kids with Dawn Fletcher, Billy’s struggling. And, we can’t help but want to give him a great big hug. He deserves so much better.
Emmerdale fans predict fresh romance for Kim and Billy
As usually goes in soap world, if two single characters have any sort of interaction with each other, then they must get it on as far as fans are concerned. And, Kim and Billy have done a lot of interacting.
In what would be an extremely unexpected and unlikely pairing though, fans now reckon Kim and Billy will both turn to each other and form a romantic connection. Imagine how awkward the living situation at Home Farm would be then. We don’t even want to think about it!
Taking to social media, one viewer suggested: “”Anyone else thinking a little fling for Kim and Billy would brighten the mood in the Dales?”
Another added: “Could you imagine Dawn’s face if they have a fling? That would be awesome.”
And a third agreed: “I was thinking that today. Maybe if Billy gets with Kim, it’ll make Dawn want to try and repair their marriage.”
