‘It’s so obvious!’ Emmerdale fans spot huge ‘clue’ that Tom King will die on Christmas Day

Just when we thought Emmerdale had done the right thing by putting Tom behind bars, it turns out that not long after, they decide to bring him back.
Belle got the terrifying news that her abusive ex will be released soon. But while fans were initially afraid this meant the end of Kammy – some now think Tom’s release will be the end of him.
Belle got news of Tom’s release
Earlier this week Belle’s world was turned upside-down when she was informed that Tom is going to be released soon. And while she was promised that he wouldn’t be allowed near her, she and the Dingles knew that wouldn’t stop him.
She began to push everyone away, scared that she won’t be able to cope with everything again. But after a conversation with Rhona, Belle was determined not to let Tom win.
However, now that she is in a loving relationship with Kammy, everyone knows that Tom isn’t going to like that. And many fans have feared Kammy will actually be murdered by Tom.
But thanks to a previous Emmerdale storyline, 20 years ago, fans are now convinced we’re about to get another Christmas Day death.
Is Tom King going to die on Christmas Day?
This year marks 20 years since the original Tom King died on Christmas Day. And we know how Emmerdale love doing a similar storyline to mark huge moments from the show.
In 2006, Tom King was hit over the head and pushed out of a window. A huge whodunnit storyline followed, and it was later revealed to have been caused by Carl King.
Now, 20 years later, Emmerdale fans are convinced a very similar ending is on its way for Tom, and another whodunnit will follow.
One fan penned: “So who do we reckon is killing Tom King then? It’s so obviously going to go that way.”
Another agreed: “Christmas Day is 20 years since the OG Tom was murdered…”
A third surprised fan commented: “Really? That timing makes so much sense as to why they brought him back then.”
“I have a feeling Cain or Kammy will do it to protect Belle. Or they will even do it together and help each other get away with murder” another commented.
Whether or not Tom will actually die remains to be seen, but with James Chase reprising his role as the villain, we’re sure there is a lot of torment ahead.
