Caleb is up to something and Ruby wants to know what
Caleb embarks on a risky mission in Emmerdale spoilers upcoming after promising to carry out a favour for someone. But he’s rumbled when Ruby catches him sneaking out of the house and demands to know what her husband is hiding. Will Caleb come clean?
Someone needs Caleb’s help in Emmerdale spoilers
Caleb’s shiftiness starts when someone asks him to do them a favour. Whatever the nature of the request, it’s clearly something Caleb doesn’t want Ruby finding out about. He does, however, chose to confide in his sister Chas.
Viewers will know Caleb and Chas were both caught up in the murder of Ruby’s dad Anthony. The location of his body – or if he even is dead – remains a mystery, one which only John Sugden knows the answers to. Have Caleb and Chas worked it all out, and is that why they’re hiding it from Ruby?
The siblings agree they need to get an early start in for whatever Caleb has to do. But their plan is about to unravel…
Ruby catches Caleb out
Next morning, Caleb and Chas are preparing to sneak out of Mill Cottage before Ruby’s even awake.
But just as they’re about to leave, a bleary-eyed Ruby suddenly emerges from upstairs in her pyjamas and catches them out. Ruby knows at once that her other half is keeping something from her, and she demands to know where he’s off to.
Will Caleb own up and admit the truth to his missus? Or can Chas help him cover his tracks so Ruby is still kept in the dark?

Meanwhile, Caleb’s behaviour isn’t just arousing Ruby’s suspicions. Jai can see that Caleb is distracted when he suddenly takes his eye off the ball at work.
His slack approach does not sit well with Jai. But will he try and find out what’s going on with his colleague?
