I'm A Celebrity South Africa star exits camp on medical grounds in shock scenes to air tonight

'I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish'

I’m A Celebrity South Africa is rocked by a sudden departure tonight (April 21), as one contestant is forced to leave the show on medical grounds.

The identity of the campmate hasn’t been revealed. However, Jimmy Bullard, Adam Thomas, Sir Mo Farah, Scarlett Moffatt, Ashley Roberts and Craig Charles are all seen taking part in the trial later that day.

This suggests that it’s either Harry Redknapp, Sinitta or Coronation Street star Beverley Callard who is forced to leave the all-stars series early.

Star forced to quit I’m A Celebrity on medical grounds

ITV has shared an update on tonight’s show. And one star is forced to exit the show early on medical grounds.

A release states that the camp wakes up ready to take on the day, but one campmate returns with unexpected news.

“Hi guys, I’ve just got something to tell you all,” they announce. “I didn’t feel very well this morning… and the medics have advised I can’t return to camp. I’ve got to go home. I don’t want to go. I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish.”

Adam Thomas and Jimmy Bullard row kicks off

After months of teasing, Adam and Jimmy finally butt heads on screen tonight, in an explosive row. And, according to ITV, the bust-up could result in one of the men losing their place in camp.

Things come to a head after Jimmy shouts “I’m a celebrity – get me out of here!” during the latest elimination trial. As a result, Adam explodes.
