I'm A Celebrity South Africa's Adam Thomas in tears as he receives voice message from wife Caroline after Jimmy Bullard row
Even viewers were left feeling emotionalI’m A Celebrity South Africa‘s Adam Thomas was left sobbing tonight after receiving a voice message from his wife Caroline Daly and their two children.
Adam said the touching message was “just what he needed” following his huge row with Jimmy Bullard.
The retired footballer almost caused him to be eliminated after shamelessly refusing to do a trial that they had been paired up for.
Earlier in the series, boxer David Haye was also accused of “bullying” Adam. He has since denied this.
The emotion of both events all appeared to reach a new high as he received his call from home.

Thursday night’s episode opened with the remaining five campmates – Adam, Harry Redknapp, Mo Farah, Scarlett Moffatt and Mo Farah – sitting around the campfire in the dark.
An old fashioned telephone had been placed in the corner. This prompted them to speculate they were going to receive a call from home.
When the phone rang, the operator said Craig Charles had a voicemail from his wife Jackie. Mo Farah also received an emotional message from his wife Tania and their children.

Harry was next up, trying his best not to break down. His wife Sandra told him how much she missed him, before his famous footballer son, Jamie Redknapp, and Jamie’s brother Mark also left messages.
Adam was next and his emotions were already running high. Viewers could hear the voices of his two children, Teddy and Elsie-Rose, on the line.
“Hi daddy, I love you so much dad,” one said. “It’s not the same without you I can’t wait to see you,” the other added.
‘We’re all lost without you’
Caroline’s voice could then be heard. She told her husband in the message: “Hi baby, the house is so quiet without you. We’re all lost without you.
“I know you will be smashing it. We love you, keep doing your best.”
The kids then shouted goodbye in unison, telling Adam they love him.
Putting down the phone, Adam broke down in tears. He insisted to the rest of the group he was “so happy”.
Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Adam later said: “It just doesn’t get better than that. It was so beautiful, the perfect way to end the night. I can’t tell you how much I needed that.”
Finally, Scarlett received a voice message that also left her in floods. She cried as her “future husband” Scott Dobinson told her he missed her.
Scarlett’s two-year-old son Jude then came on and said “I love you, mummy”. Scarlett, who is now expecting her second child, cried as she explained to her campmates she had never heard him say it before.

The campmates weren’t the only ones left crying – viewers found themselves in tears too.
Writing on X, one said: “Adam and Scarlett’s voice messages omg I can’t.” Another added: “Aww Adam and Scarlett.”
A third wrote: “Adam’s phonecall was so cute.” And someone else posted two crying emojis and said: “Adam getting emotional hearing his kids.”
