Max fights for his family, as Harry prepares to strike
Max has some making up to do
Max Branning prepares to fight for his family in EastEnders spoilers for Wed, Jan 6, following the events of Jimmy’s christening. Max is public enemy with his family due to his actions at the ceremony – but he’s determined to make amends.
Lauren, however, is through with her dad, and rages at him when he uses Oscar to try and get to her. Has Max burned all of his bridges with his family?
Meanwhile, vengeful Harry is poised to strike back at Ravi, while Nigel flirts with Honey, and Gina plans her next move.

1. Max tries to make amends in EastEnders spoilers
As New Year’s Eve dawns on Albert Square, Max is keen to make up to his family after yesterday. He meets up with Oscar, and asks him to help arrange a secret meeting with Lauren in The Vic. When she arrives, Lauren is furious at Max for his behaviour, and for using Oscar to get to her.
Later, Max goes to Harry’s Barn, where he vows to fight for his family. Can Max keep his promise?
2. Harry prepares to strike in EastEnders spoilers
Harry starts work at The Arches, but is preoccupied by recent events. Phil gives Harry some advice – but he misconstrues this as confirmation that he should pursue revenge against Ravi.
Later, Nicola spots Harry as he’s about to jump Ravi from behind.
Can she stop Harry before he does something terrible?
3. Nigel takes a shine to Honey
Billy and Honey take care of Nigel while Phil and Julie visit some potential care homes. After mistaking Honey for Julie, Nigel tries to flirt with her in front of a bemused-looking Billy.
4. Gina’s new move
Penny agrees to let Gina move into her flat.
