Megan's secret is about to be spilled
In tonight’s episode of Coronation Street (Monday, March 16), Sam Blakeman collapsed before being threatened once more by Megan Walsh.
After taking ADHD medication unprescribed, Sam fell unwell and was rushed to hospital. And, Megan was out to control the situation yet again.
Spoilers for the rest of the week though reveal that Sam admits the truth, finally ignoring Megan’s words of warning.
Megan threatened Sam after collapse in Coronation Street
Sam Blakeman concerned Nina today when he started to look quite sick while studying at Roy’s Rolls. Later on, he headed out onto the Street and collapsed.
Megan phoned for an ambulance as Eva rushed to tend to Sam. The teen was then whisked off to hospital.
Nick and Leanne were then shocked to hear that Sam had been taken ADHD medication despite not having ADHD. They then found out that Sam had been really struggling with his school work and had taken it upon himself to administer the medication.
Worrying that Sam was about to tell someone about her and Will’s secret relationship, Megan offered to sit with Sam while Nick grabbed a coffee.
She then took this opportunity alone with him to threaten him. She told Sam that he’d been ‘a very silly boy’ before demanding that he understood not to spill her secret to anyone or there would be consequences.

Coronation Street spoilers for the rest of the week though reveal that Sam does spill Megan’s secret after all. And, when the truth comes out, the Driscolls are out for Megan’s blood,
Leanne pays Sam a visit and carefully raises the subject of his recent drug use. She suggests his exams may not be the only thing weighing on him and encourages him to be honest about what’s truly troubling him.
Sam looks ready to finally speak out and explain everything. However, the moment is interrupted when Eva suddenly appears in the doorway, cutting their conversation short.
Meanwhile, the pressure surrounding Megan continues to build as Sam’s loved ones rally around him and try to support him through the difficult situation. But things take an unexpected turn when something from Megan’s past resurfaces, leading to a shocking discovery that leaves the Driscoll family stunned. She’s been sleeping with Will.
With emotions running high, Daniel decides he needs answers. He confronts Megan directly, demanding she be honest about where their relationship is really heading and what the future holds for them both. Can Megan get out of this one or is her game up?
