Ruby’s fate revealed in Emmerdale’s shocking ITVX release as fans declare Joe Tate has ‘gone too far!’

Fans have been left absolutely shell-shocked as Joe Tate happily let Ruby Milligan run out of oxygen in a coffin after he buried her alive.
While many fans have been left wondering if she survives, tonight’s episode has confirmed her fate. And may have just turned fans against Joe Tate for good.
Joe was out for revenge in Emmerdale
As soon as Dawn died, Joe immediately blamed quite a few people. But the biggest two were Caleb and Ruby, as they had been helping Dawn escape Joe’s clutches. However, they had been lying to her, trying to manipulate the situation so they could watch Joe lose everything. And that’s exactly what happened.
Joe is not the sort of guy to just let things go, so everyone knew to be wary of him. Even in his first interaction with Caleb following Dawn’s death, he promised he would get revenge.
We just didn’t expect his revenge to be this extreme. The day before Dawn’s funeral, Joe seemed to have a change of heart, allowing all of Dawn’s loved ones to attend. But he informed Graham it was just for show, and that he was actually planning something much worse.
Did Ruby survive?
Turns out, that was literally burying Ruby alive. He wanted Caleb to feel the exact same pain as he did. So, he got Graham to drug them so he could get the rest done.
In tonight’s episode, Joe wasted no time in relishing in this to Caleb, who was desperately pleading with him to save Ruby. But there was no stopping Joe – until Graham arrived.
Graham immediately told Caleb to leave then had a very serious chat with the Tate bad boy. He tried to make Joe see that if he killed Ruby, his entire life would be over. But Joe remained adamant that his life ended when Dawn’s did.
However, Graham knows Joe really well, so he knew that he would’ve buried Ruby on Home Farm land in a shallow grave, which didn’t take long to find.
He and Caleb managed to get her out. But by that point, her heart had stopped beating. Caleb and Graham both performed CPR on her, and thankfully she woke up. However, just because she is alive, doesn’t mean she won’t have a lot of trauma after the experience.
And something tells us Caleb isn’t going to just let it all go…

Caleb isn’t the only one who thinks things have gone too far, as Emmerdale fans are horrified by what Joe was willing to do.
One penned on social media: “This has gone way too far. Even I don’t think there is any way to justify Joe’s actions here.”
Another commented: “It’s ridiculous that Joe is once again going to get away with such a heinous crime. He needs to go to prison.”
“Is this a proportional response Joe? I thought he might ruin their business, maybe rough Caleb up a bit. But instead he went full Criminal Minds” another added.
A shocked fan wrote: “Joe has actually lost it this time. No going back from that.”
