Sam spirals in Coronation Street and spoilers confirm explosive tracking device discovery
Sam's paranoia rises
In tonight’s episode of Coronation Street (Thursday, May 14), Sam Blakeman believed that everyone was out to get him after hallucinating Will.
He got the wrong end of the stick when listening to Nick and Toyah’s conversation and thought that they didn’t believe him.
Feeling alone in his fears, Sam’s about to feel more paranoid than ever when he discovers a tracking device in his bag.

Sam’s ‘on his own’ in Coronation Street
Poor Sam has really going through the wringer this week, and his struggles are getting more worrying by the day. After quietly battling things on his own for weeks, his family has finally started to realise something isn’t right.
Things took a dramatic turn when Sam bumped into Will Driscoll at school before later coming face-to-face with him again at the Red Rec. During the tense encounter, Will accused Sam of destroying his life by exposing his romance with Megan, leaving Sam terrified enough to run off and smash up his telescope in panic.
But here’s the twist – Will couldn’t possibly have been there, as he was actually travelling to Paris to see Megan at the time.
Then on Wednesday night (May 13), things got even stranger when Sam appeared to fight Will in the ginnel… only for viewers to realise poor Sam was actually battling thin air during another frightening hallucination.
This evening (Thursday, May 14), Sam was told by Nick and Toyah that Megan was pleading not guilty so the case would go to trial. And, Sam would be called as a witness. It was completely up to him whether he went to court thought.
Popping on his headphones, he then heard Will’s voice in his ears. Watching CCTV footage of Nick and Toyah talking, he then heard them say that they were ‘ashamed’ of him.
Realising that nobody was on his side, Sam sat there in upset as he admitted he ‘was on his own.’
