The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: How many children the MomTok have as THREE new babies join group
There's something in the water in Utah...
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is back and it has baby fever – with THREE new little ones joining the ranks.
As the nickname “MomTok” suggests for the Utah influencers, all of them have multiple children.
But season 4 marks a historical moment for the ladies… as for the first time in the Disney+ show’s history, none of them are pregnant! (Although some have certainly expressed interest in expanding their brood.)
Despite this, in perhaps a reality show first, the decision was made to keep the children away from cameras as much as possible. In some cases, they’re not seen on screen at all.
It makes it really hard to keep track of how many kids are actually around! But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Before the gang has time to add more to the group, let’s go through all 26 children within this gang.
Here’s how many children each member of the cast has, and with whom.
Taylor Frankie Paul – 3 children
Let’s start with the leader, Taylor Frankie Paul. She currently has three babies – a daughter and two sons.

Her eldest two children, daughter Indy May (born August 2017) and son Ocean (born June 2020) are from her marriage to Tate Paul.
The couple split in 2022, shortly after the “soft-swinging” scandal that set shockwaves through the Utah Mormon community they lived in.
But as the story went international thanks to TikTok, it also drew the attention of TV producers. It ultimately led to the creation of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
Neither Tate, nor Indy or Ocean make any kind of appearance on SLOMW.
Her third child, a son called Ever True, was born in March 2024 to then-boyfriend Dakota Mortenson. The pair got together in September 2022, but have been on/off ever since.
In November 2022, the pair shared that she had tragically had an ectopic pregnancy.
The first season followed Taylor’s entire pregnancy, as well as the birth of Ever. The series continues to track the turbulent relationship between Taylor and Dakota, who have been on/off ever since.
Ever makes infrequent appearances on the show as he is looked after by both Taylor and Dakota.
Whitney Leavitt – 3 children
Whitney and husband Conner have three children together.
Their first was a daughter named Sedona, who was born in November 2019.
First son Liam was born in December 2021, while their second son Billy Gene was born in October 2024.
Whitney gets pregnant during the tail end of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ first season, and gives birth to Billy during season two.
Jen Affleck – 3 children
Jen Affleck and her husband Zac have three children together – including a new addition we meet in season 4.
They welcomed their first daughter, Nora, in November 2021. Their second baby, a boy called Lucas, was born in July 2023 after Jen went into early labour while on a road trip.
Jen only partially filmed her third pregnancy for Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 2.
During that time, she suffered extreme prenatal depression, which she has since admitted included suicidal ideation at its worst.
She chose to take time away from filming as a result, and checked in to a wellness facility for 11 days.
Baby Penelope, nicknamed Penny, was born in July 2025. Just eight weeks after giving birth to her daughter, she made her debut competing on Dancing With The Stars (the US version of Strictly).
Jessi Draper-Ngatikaura – 2 children, 1 stepchild
Jessi and husband Jordan Ngatikaura’s children are little rockstars, if their names are anything to go by!
Together, they have one boy named Jagger Zayn (born April 2020) and one girl called Jovie James (born January 2023).
In a Q+A on TikTok, she told her followers she almost called her daughter Jolie, but “wanted to continue the theme of rock and roll”.
She noted: “Bon Jovi, Mick Jagger. I just felt like they really went well together.”
Jessi also has a stepdaughter named Peyton, born in 2012 during Jordan’s first marriage. She does not appear on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, with Jagger and Jovie’s appearances also kept to a minimum.
Layla Taylor – 2 children
Layla shares two sons with her ex-husband Clayton Wessel.
Oliver Clay (known as Ollie) was born in July 2021, while Maxwell (nicknamed Max) followed quickly after in August 2022.
Layla and Clayton divorced in 2023, with her celebrating the split with a divorce party during the first season.
She makes an effort to keep her kids away from the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cameras, as well as social media.
Speaking to People in November 2025, Layla explained: “I’m very proud of my job and I love it and I love showing up to work every day, but [my children] didn’t consent to be a part of this crazy life, and I just want to protect them.
“That’s my number one priority at the end of the day. They are my number one, and if I can make sure that I’m protecting them from anything scary, then that’s what I want to do as their mom.”
Mikayla Matthews – 4 children
Mikayla and husband Jace Terry have four children together – three girls and one boy – with Mikayla getting pregnant for the first time when she was just 16 years old.
They welcomed their son, Beckham Jace, in 2017.
Nine years on, and their family has continued to grow. Their first daughter, Haven Monroe, was born in August 2019, and their second daughter, Tommie Grace, was born just over two years later in November 2021.
Mikayla announced she was pregnant with her fourth child in February 2025. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ cameras filmed the moment she told the other members of MomTok for season 3.
She gave birth to another girl, Lottie June, in July 2025. We meet the baby as viewers for the first time in the new episodes.
Mayci Neeley – 3 children
Mayci Neeley gave birth to her first son, Hudson, in September 2015.
Tragically the father of the baby, Arik Mack, would never meet his son. The Brigham Young University baseball player died in a car accident while texting Mayci, who at the time was 14 weeks pregnant. He was just 19 years old.
Mayci married her husband, Jacob Neeley, in 2018. Jacob would go on to legally adopt Hudson.
They’ve since had two children together. Their first child, a girl named Harlow, was born in 2021.
During Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 3, besties Mayci and Mikayla share their pregnancy news to each other first before telling the rest of the group.
Mayci and Jace welcomed their second child, another girl named Charli May, in July 2025 – just six days after Mikayla gave birth to her little girl.
We also get to meet Charli for the first time during SLOMW season 4!
Miranda Hope – 2 children
Miranda shares two children with her ex-husband, Chase McWhorter, who has become a regular face on SLOMW.
Their son Brooks was born in September 2019, and their daughter Cohen was born in October 2021.
While Miranda and Chase still aren’t technically divorced yet, they split in 2024 after seven years of marriage.
They continue to co-parent their children together, and frequently appear on each other’s social medias, mocking the awkwardness of their new situation.
In the comments section of one TikTok, which showed Cohen showing off her new haircut to her daddy, one fan wrote: “This is the side of Chase we need to see more often.”
“He has a big heart,” Miranda responded. “It’s his brain that’s the problem, I fear lol”
Demi Engemann – 1 child, 2 stepchildren
While Demi’s membership to MomTok may currently be in doubt, and possibly even rescinded, she also has children to add to the fold.
She has two stepsons, Cole and Rome Engemann, from her husband Bret’s first marriage to Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, Angie Harrington.
Demi also has her own child, a daughter named Maude, born in 2017 during her first marriage to Blake Corbin.
Bret and Demi married in 2021, with cameras following Demi’s frustrating struggle to conceive a child with her husband.
This is a particularly prominent storyline throughout season 2.
