Tonight’s episode of Coronation Street (Monday, March 9), saw abusive Theo Silverton threaten to stab Todd Grimshaw in worrying scenes.

With Theo having an awful birthday, he turned the attention towards his ‘useless’ partner instead.

And, next week, it appears as though this might just be the final straw for the couple’s relationship.

Theo threatened to stab Todd in Coronation Street

Today in Weatherfield, Theo wasn’t happy when Todd only bought him a food blender for his birthday. He seemed more impressed with Summer’s a size too small shirt.

Reminding Todd to bring his wallet to his birthday meal, Theo was already in a bad mood by the time that Todd arrived. This was because his kids Miles and Millie had forgotten his birthday.

Telling Todd that Gary and Maria had been keeping him company, he then informed him that he’d have to pay for their meal as well.

Trying to settle the bill with Nick, Todd asked if he could pay him back in a couple of days before Theo swooped in to pay for everyone instead in an humiliating experience for his partner.

Back at the flat, Theo’s attention turned back to his unwanted gift from Todd. He then grabbed a knife as Todd tried to tackle him, pointing it in Todd’s direction.

Instead of cowering away, Todd instead embraced Theo’s threat and begged him to ‘stab him’ and ‘put him out of his misery.’

Coronation Street spoilers see Todd and Theo’s relationship on the line

In Coronation Street spoilers for the rest of the week, it appears that Todd and Theo’s relationship is on the line. Gary Windass is left to intervene as she sides with his mate Theo.

Gary swings by the flat to pick up Theo’s clothes and finds Todd looking like he’s been through the emotional spin cycle. The place is a tip and Todd’s nerves are in tatters. There are awkward apologies all round, but Theo isn’t satisfied with a quick ‘sorry.’ Oh no – he insists they sit down properly and thrash things out. Can Todd smooth over the birthday blow-up, or will Theo’s temper last?

Later, Todd’s pacing the flat like a cat on a hot tin roof, convinced Theo might burst through the door at any second. Over at the undertakers, poor George is having a nightmare day as yet another funeral booking falls through.

Afterwards, George, Christina, Sarah and James attempt a morale-boosting drink for Todd. But the moment he spots Theo, panic hits and he makes a dash for it! Theo follows close behind, demanding a proper chat, while James escorts a slightly wobbly Todd home – unaware Theo’s hovering nearby, clearly plotting a dramatic heart-to-heart.

Is this the last straw for the couple?

Vicky Pattison: How she went from her Geordie Shore partying days to starring on Strictly Come Dancing

Vicky Pattison is swapping nights on the tiles in Newcastle for the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom. She shot to fame thanks to the Geordie Shore reality show, and starred in the I'm A Celeb jungle and the MasterChef kitchen.

After her success on several shows, fans of the BBC show are eager to see whether Vicky can be the latest star to lift the much-wanted Strictly glitterball. Here is everything you need to know about Geordie icon, Vicky Pattison.

What is Vicky Pattison known for?

Vicky Pattison first shot to fame when she appeared on the reality show, Geordie Shore, at the age of just 22. She starred for nine seasons between 2011 and 2014, and became a household name thanks to the wild nights out and the on-again, off-again dating and love lives of the cast.

Alongside co-stars Charlotte Crosby, Holly Hagan, and Sophie Kasaei, their chaotic antics firmly cemented them in the public eye. Vicky looked back at her time on the show, telling the No Filter podcast: “When I first went on the show, I was very young and very impressionable, and it was a whole show centred around drinking, having a good time and kissing people you probably shouldn't.”

She added, "When you're in your early twenties, all of that stuff’s okay, isn’t it? It’s kind of what you’re doing. I think if I went back and gave myself any advice, I would predominantly give her a hug. And I would tell her that things would get better." She became engaged to co-star Ricci Guarnaccio in the third season, but it was later called off.

After leaving Geordie Shore, she made the most of her reality TV fame and joined I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here, and also became a host on Loose Women for nine months. She also appeared on Ex On The Beach, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, and surprised herself with her cooking ability on Celebrity MasterChef. As well as making hard-hitting documentaries, she now also presents a weekly radio show on Heart.

When did Vicky Pattison appear on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here?

Vicky Pattison donned the camp uniform to brave the creepy crawlies of the Australian jungle back in 2015. Despite arriving as a late entrant on day 3, she went on to be crowned Queen of the Jungle. She won with a whopping 70.17% of the public vote, and it’s the tenth anniversary of her victory this year.

Viewers loved getting to see another side of Vicky off the back of Geordie Shore. She was rumoured to be considering the All Star version in South Africa this year, but then decided to swap the khaki for sparkles for Strictly instead. Who can blame her! The modest star insisted it was a ‘mistake’ when she was announced as the winner.

Vicky excelled in the Bushtucker Trials. Highlights included drinking gruesome cocktails that were a bit different from the ones she was used to on Geordie Shore. Vicky also dressed as a giant flying squirrel for one challenge, as well as taking part in a human tombola surrounded by mealworms, cockroaches, and crickets.

She became close friends with Ferne McCann, with the pair completing many tasks together. After leaving the jungle, she returned to Australia the following year to host the spin-off show, Extra Camp, alongside Chris Ramsey, Joe Swash, and Stacey Solomon.

Where does Vicky Pattison live, and where did she grow up?

Vicky swapped Newcastle for Essex, and she now lives in Brentwood with her husband Ercan Ramadan and their two adorable labradors, Milo and Max. The couple keeps fans updated about their homelife on an Instagram account called Oaks_House, and they recently shared that they are thinking “very seriously about growing our little family”.

Born on November 16, 1987, Vicky grew up in Newcastle with her parents Caroll and John, and her little sister Laura. She later attended Liverpool John Moores University and graduated with a degree in drama, and says she always knew she wanted to work in the entertainment industry. She originally had jobs in telesales and marketing before finding fame, but it wasn’t long before stardom came knocking.

Did Vicky Pattison win Celebrity MasterChef?

Vicky finished as a runner-up on Series 14 of Celebrity MasterChef in 2019, after Olympic athlete Greg Rutherford claimed the top spot. Her success came as a surprise to even herself, after she declared at the start of the series that her cooking skills were limited and shared her fondness for a sandwich platter.

One of her standout dishes was an apple tarte tatin with a lemon cream. In the final, she served up a flourless chocolate tart, Chantilly cream, and raspberries, and she joked: “I just think if it hasn’t got chocolate in it it’s not a dessert. So I’m doing a nice gooey cake. I put ‘tart’ but I don’t really know what it means. I’m just trying to sound fancy.”

Did Vicky Pattison and Pete Wicks date?

Vicky has regularly declared TOWIE star Pete Wicks to be one of her best friends. Fans noticed she turned up to support him when he starred on Strictly Come Dancing last year. Fans got their hopes up, thinking that romance was in the air for the reality stars, as they are so close. Alas, the duo insists they have never dated and it is purely a platonic relationship. Pete and Vicky have been friends for over a decade, and Pete even appeared as a ‘flower girl’ at Vicky’s wedding last year.

Appearing on Lorraine, Vicky revealed: “Pete is embracing his role of flower girl! I have no doubt he's going to show us some fantastic moves as he walks down that aisle.” She also revealed he had carved out time of his packed Strictly schedule to make the ceremony. “He’s flying in and out very fast! He's a really good friend, so this has been conflicting for him," she said.

He shared a sweet dedication to his friend on her wedding day, writing on his Instagram: “Couldn't be more proud of you Vicky. For 10 years you have been one of my best friends and biggest supporters. I am so blessed and lucky to call you a friend. You are a wonderful person and have always been there for me, my life is better with you in it. This is your day and you deserve it more than anyone. Congratulations.”

When did Vicky Pattison get married?

Lovebirds Vicky Pattison and Ercan Ramadan initially got married at Marylebone Town Hall in August 2024. They then tied the knot with a lavish ceremony in Puglia, Italy. They wed in front of 150 loved ones, with Vicky joking it was impossible to shorten the guestlist. The pair had been dating for five years, and got engaged in Dubai in 2022.

They decided to have their big wedding there after visiting Rome when they first started dating. Of course, cameras were there to capture every detail. A two-part series followed, called My Big Fat Geordie Wedding, documenting the preparations that went into the stunning day.

Vicky wowed in four different stunning wedding dresses, and they pulled out all the stops for a special day. The star confessed on the show that her original budget didn't even cover the flowers she had dreamed of.
