Tommy Fury and his dad John 'clash over modern life' as BBC announces new show What the Fury?!
Where the old school meets the new schoolTommy Fury and his dad John are going head-to-head over modern life in a hilarious new visual podcast for the BBC.
What the Fury?! will be available to watch on the broadcaster’s streaming platform BBC iPlayer – and it looks a hoot.
Fans of Netflix’s At Home with the Furys will remember retired boxer John for his no nonsense attitude.

John was the voice of reason as he tried to keep his elder son, former heavyweight champion of the world Tyson, in the real world.
Tommy, also a boxer, is best known for his relationship with Molly-Mae Hague following their 2019 Love Island stint.
The father and son get on well – but they have very different views on the modern world.
And now they’ll be fighting it all out in the studio (as opposed to the boxing ring!) in What the Fury?! Here’s what we know.
What the Fury?! announced by the BBC
John Fury, 61, admits he’s never seen a show (or should we say video podcast) like What the Fury?! before.
Explaining what it is about, he says: “Well from what I’ve seen it’s very very funny, different and down to earth.”
Tommy, 27, meanwhile, chips in: “I would describe What the Fury?! as a complete contrast between the old school and the new generation. You get some great points from both sides, and sometimes we even share the same opinion, so it’s a good mix.
“There are things we’ve discussed on the podcast that my dad has never spoken about before, and in fact, neither have I. So, it’s
something new for the audience to listen to.”
Topics to be thrashed out between the father and son duo include modern day gadgets (think smartphones and VR headsets), how dating has gone digital and even food.

Tommy and John will also go head-to-head over holidays. Anyone who follows Tommy and Molly-Mae online will know they are partial to about seven luxury holidays a year.
John, meanwhile, likes taking a break at the British seaside in a caravan park.
This of it like one long argument between the old school and the new school!
Where can I watch What the Fury?!
The first episode of What the Fury?! is available to watch on BBC iPlayer now. You can also listen to it on BBC Sounds if you are on the move.
New episodes will drop every Tuesday and Thursday. There are 10 instalments to the video podcast series.
We’re definitely heading over to give it a watch now – it looks a right laugh!
