Tracy's downfall? Emmerdale character spirals after lying to police and attacking Ruby
Ruby's on the receiving endA horrified Tracy Robinson found herself the subject of police investigation in Emmerdale tonight (Wednesday, June 11) as they discovered damning evidence hidden in her home.
It was Nate’s phone – which the police believed the killer had been holding onto since his death. The police were half-correct: the killer has been keeping Nate’s phone, but he then hid it in Frankie’s playhouse, so as to frame her.
That would be John, determined to cover his tracks and clear Cain of those pesky murder allegations.

Tracy looked very guilty in Emmerdale tonight
The police arrived at Tracy’s doorstop, bright and early with a search warrant. And it wasn’t long before they found what they were looking for – and Walsh revealed to a shocked Tracy that they’d found Nate’s phone in Frankie’s playhouse.
At the station, Tracy attempted to explain how the phone came to be there. She was convinced that it had been Cain, but DS Walsh had another revelation in store. They’d attempted to find the removal man who took away Nate’s things, but had been entirely unsuccessful – making it seem like Tracy had lied about this too.
Tracy’s protestations of innocence only made her look more guilty. As she doubled down, Walsh insisted she look into a solicitor. To make matters worse, the police had unlocked Nate’s bank account – and worked out that she’d been spending his money.
Back in the village, Tracy made a beeline for Cain. She accused him of planting the phone, and a vicious confrontation ensued, as Cain promised that she’d get what’s coming to her for killing Nate.
With Cain and Tracy at loggerheads, will John ever be exposed?

Tracy lies to the police in Emmerdale spoilers
As the story continues tomorrow (Thursday, June 12), Tracy is still the subject of police investigation. When they tell her they think Nate was killed on the day he left for Shetland, she lies, telling them she was with Vanessa on the day Nate disappeared.
Back in the village, she asks Vanessa to back up her statement. Vanessa is put to the test when DS Walsh arrives at the vet’s, asking her to confirm Tracy’s alibi. Will she agree?
Then, Tracy’s day goes from bad to worse when she clashes with Ruby. And, as the women lay into one another, Tracy slaps Ruby. Can Tracy get herself under control?
