As Todd blasts Theo for one-night stand, spoilers reveal we haven't seen the last of Pete

Theo continues to get inside of Todd's head

Todd kicked Theo out of the flat in Coronation Street tonight but his controlling partner managed to worm his way back in and get his way.

Having had enough of Theo Silverton’s behaviour, Todd decided enough was enough and told Theo to pack his bags. Viewers might’ve been a tad too premature with their celebrations though, as the pair were back together by the end of the episode.

After an awkward encounter with Theo’s one-night-stand Pete though, this won’t be the last time Todd bumps into him.

Todd kicked Theo out

This evening (Wednesday, October 15), Todd Grimshaw thanked Billy for his support as he prepared to head home to Theo. Billy offered to explain things to Theo so that he knew that nothing happened between them.

But, with Todd rejecting this idea, he prepared to face the music and tried to reassure Theo himself that he only stayed the night at Billy’s on a friendship basis.

Theo had already jumped to conclusions though and had carried out his revenge, with Todd in for a shocker when Theo’s one-night-stand Pete emerged inside of the flat.

Ordering Theo to pack his bags, Todd then stormed off to the pub to drown his sorrows – and then decided to jump straight into a round of Glenda’s couples quiz in the Rovers with… Billy. All while Theo was watching. Oh come on, it was nothing less than what he deserved.

But, then Theo managed to talk it out with Todd…

Todd and Theo patched things up in Coronation Street

In the flat, Theo managed to make Todd feel guilty for staying the night at Billy’s. Todd then ended up apologising, accepting that Theo’s feelings were valid and that he could see why he’d cheated on him.

Theo then encouraged him to make things work but to also isolate himself further from Billy, for the sake of the relationship.

Acting in response to Theo’s insecurities, Todd then spoke to Billy at the door and told him that they should keep their distance from now on.

Once Billy had left, a teary-eyed Todd then hugged Theo. And, just like that, the relationship was back on.

Spoilers confirm the return of Pete

It seems that Pete isn’t just a one time encounter sort of guy as he turns up to meet Theo once more, next week’s Coronation Street spoilers reveal.

While Theo tells Pete that he’s not interested in sleeping with him again, his anger is triggered when he’s named a ‘drama queen.’ That’s putting it lightly.

At the yard, Gary tries to calm Pete down and Todd recognises him as Theo’s one-night-stand. It isn’t long before Gary tells Theo there’s no place for him within his business.

With tensions high, an incident with Theo’s car causes Theo to rage once more at Todd. But, can Todd pluck up the courage to leave Theo for good?
