Fans have had to seat through a painful month or so of Carla and Lisa being over, but they’re now back where they belong. And, they’re not going to take things slow… They’re starting again from the point they left off at. Carla let Lisa back in (Credit: ITV) Swarla reunited in Coronation Street Tonight, Carla was all business, gearing up for a big-money client meeting at the hotel, when Ryan handed her a blast-from-the-past love letter from Lisa. Very Year 9. Lisa had invited her for a heart-to-heart lunch at the bistro… but Carla, in classic Carla fashion, never actually replied. Carla’s clients demanded phones off, while Lisa sat at the bistro refreshing her messages, drowning her sorrows and assuming she’d been well and truly ghosted. Fuelled by wine and wounded pride, Lisa staggered to the Chariot Square Hotel and launched into a very public meltdown. She declared Carla her soulmate, insulted the clients’ hairlines and promptly redecorated the floor with her lunch. How romantic! Back home, Carla comforted a half-asleep Lisa, who couldn’t believe she’d come back. Carla admitted she was just being stubborn – and that Lisa’s ‘baldies’ rant reminded her exactly why she fell in love. Swarla reunited. Cheers to that. Of course! With Lisa waking up with a huge hangover, she can’t remember anything that happened during her bistro love confession. But, the rest of Weatherfield sure can! She’s super confused but pleased to find the ‘love of her life’ Carla making her breakfast at home. They’re back on. Woo! And, the reunion doesn’t just stop there. The couple are soon hearing wedding bells once again, as Coronation Street boss Kate Brooks recently confirmed that a Swarla wedding will take place. She shared: “They were engaged. “So wedding bells will certainly be ringing in the not too distant future, and they’ll get their happy after.” A lovely ending to a chaotic period for the couple! What else happened in Coronation Street tonight? Jodie bumped into Kit Jodie headed to Roy's Rolls for breakfast and bumped into DC Kit Green. She then got cagey when he mentioned the circumstances he'd found her in on the night of the Corriedale crash. Jodie preferred not to talk about it, before Shona followed her in and told Kit that they were sisters. Shona misread the situation and warned Jodie not to flirt with Sarah's man... Awks. Nina had catfish concerns With Roy and Nina making up, Nina worried that Alice could be a catfish. Kit tried to explain to Roy what that meant, but Roy was certain that Alice was the real deal. However, the scene then cut to a shot of a man holding the phone with Alice's messages on them... Is Alice real? Tyrone had it out with Carl Tyrone had Carl under his clutch (and CRUTCH), pinning him against the wall before being shoved to the ground himself. Somehow, in what started as a bid to make Carl to fess up to the hit and run, Tyrone actually ended up siding with Carl. Kevin wasn't best pleased, let's just say. Eva and Maggie ended their feud With Ben taking it easy and resting up, he had a right go at Eva and Maggie for bickering behind the bar. Shouting at them to quash their petty feud, the pair took his advice on board and decided to call a truce for Ben's sake. But, how long will it last for?
