In tonight’s Coronation Street scenes (Tuesday, February 17), Sam Blakeman continued with his quest to get evidence against Megan.

Megan Walsh was ready to spend the night with Will in the flat when she changed their plan and booked a hotel instead.

Sam went into full-on neighbourhood watch mode though and stood out on the Street recording their every move… But, could this all lead to Megan’s untimely death?

Sam Blakeman spies on Megan and Will in Coronation Street

Tonight, Will asked Ben and Eva whether he could go round to his mate’s to study for his exam. They’d start tonight and carry on in the morning.

With Eva still worrying that Will had something to do with Daniel’s attack, the pair ended up shaking hands as Daniel apologised for accusing Will.

Will wasn’t going to his mate’s place though. With Megan having the flat to herself for a few days, Will was ready to head over there to spend the night with her.

As he made his way to Megan’s door, Sam caught him. Will then fed him a lie about going over his training homework before he left to go to his friend’s house.

Sam stayed outside and waited for Will to reappear, recording a voice note on his phone to log their every move.

As Will and Megan reemerged from the flat to go to a hotel instead, Sam was ushered inside by Toyah. But, Megan couldn’t help as feel as though Sam was always watching them.

Here’s how Sam’s mission to expose Megan could lead to ‘her death’

Last night (Monday, February 16), five potential murder victims were revealed in the Coronation Street flashforward scenes. One of these was Megan Walsh.

On April 23rd, Betsy Swain finds a dead body… but could it belong to Megan?

With Sam Blakeman desperate to get evidence to prove that Megan has been grooming Will and is in a secret relationship with him, he’s not ready to be easily warned off. Setting up secret cameras this week, Sam could succeed in bringing down Megan.

But, once the truth is out, Sam could also unknowingly be leading Megan to her death. Why? Well, because Will Driscoll conveniently has a secret murderer in the family in the form of Maggie Driscoll. Maggie would do anything to protect her family and even killed her own husband years ago doing just that. But, could Megan be the flashforward victim? And, has Sam just made the whole thing happen?
