Debbie has been hiding the truth from him ever since he was born, with Carl believing that Debbie was his half-sister instead. This would be a huge twist considering that Terry and Debbie had no on screen romance during Terry’s time on the show. One fan suggested: “Here’s a mind blowing theory for everyone.
