At the start of January, Megan Walsh found out that she’s pregnant and eventually decided to keep the baby despite initial plans to terminate the pregnancy. But, since then, the soap hasn’t mentioned or alluded to this part of the storyline at all, baffling fans. Daniel jumped to conclusions and thought that the pregnancy test was Megan’s. As you would. And, he also thought that he could be the baby daddy. As you also would. But, Megan fed him some lie about it being a student’s from school. She had bought it for her but everything was above board. Megan then got offended at the idea that Daniel wouldn’t want a baby with her. Oh, a bit harsh considering she’d been playing away with teen Will behind his back. Leanne and Eva found her sobbing on the Street, getting to the truth. Leanne then went with Megan to terminate her pregnancy. While Megan told her that she’d gone through with it, she actually hadn’t and had kept her unborn baby instead. Will got wind of Megan’s secret and told her that he’d provide for the baby and would step up. Megan told him that this couldn’t happen. As soon as she started to show, she’d leave the Street so that nobody would put two and two together and rumbled their affair. But, one month later, and Megan’s still on the Street… And, it appears that she still is in April as she appeared in a recent flashforward scene in a state of distress. Has the soap just ‘forgotten’ that she’s expecting? One fan on Reddit wrote: “So, what’s going on with her pregnancy right now? The only update we saw in recent weeks is that Will bought an infant-sized football jersey. So, we know she didn’t terminate it. Also, she’s almost two months and Daniel saw the pregnancy test. Surely, she will be starting to show a bit or Daniel will be starting to question why she hasn’t drunk any alcohol since? I wonder why they’re keeping it under the radar right now and not making a huge deal about it like they usually do.” Another fan responded: “Someone would have noticed by now she hasn’t had any alcohol for ages. She’d be really tired too – well speaking from my own experience from 2 pregnancies. She doesn’t seem to have any symptoms at all.” A third person wondered: “She can’t hide the pregnancy forever though.
