Shona followed Jodie to a psychiatric hospital where she was finally reunited with her dad after so many years. But all was not as it seemed as, once Shona had left, Jodie started making some serious threats towards her dad. Shona followed Jodie to their dad (Credit: ITV) Shona tracks down her dad in Coronation Street Today on the cobbles, Jodie was on the phone to someone and acting suspiciously. Shona then decided to spy on her but got interrupted by Dev asking her for advice on whether to buy Bernie a bouquet of roses or some tulips. Tulips it was. Jumping on her sister, Shona stopped her in her tracks and told her she was going nowhere. But, Jodie then lied to her that she had a date lined up with someone called John. She then ended up at a psychiatric hospital and came face to face with their dad. Jodie then explained that he was having a bad day and didn’t know who she was properly. He’d been like this ever since Shona left, with Jodie having to look after him. This moment only caused the sisters’ bond to strengthen… Jodie threatened her own father (Credit: ITV) Jodie’s true colours emerges in ITVX Coronation Street episode Once their dad realised that Shona had turned up to visit him, he told her that ‘it wasn’t right’ and that she shouldn’t be there. Jodie confessed to Shona that he would often blurt out conspiracy theories and say things that weren’t true. But, their dad seemed pretty adamant that Jodie was a ‘liar’ and was ‘dangerous.’ Once Shona had left, it was just Jodie and her dad now. And, she told him that she’d reunited with Shona and could finally have her chance of a ‘happy ending.’ He mustn’t mess this up for her. She had a new family now – Shona, David, Lily and Harper. But, her dad knew what would happen if he started spreading ‘lies’ about her. And, it wouldn’t end up good for him. Jodie then vowed to leave her dad behind. She didn’t need him anymore. She was ready to create a future without him. But, just how dangerous is Jodie?
