After the couple had a huge altercation on Theo’s birthday, it appeared that there was no coming back from this. And, in the end, it was Theo who decided to part ways with Todd after a night spent sleeping in his van. Gary had to intervene (Credit: ITV) Gary intervened after Theo and Todd birthday showdown in Coronation Street Today in Weatherfield, Todd woke up to the flat in quite the state after Theo’s birthday the day before. With no sign of Theo, Todd had no idea where he was and phoned George to tell him he wouldn’t be able to go into work today as he felt really rough. What George didn’t know, of course, was that Todd had been threatened with a knife by his abusive partner just hours ago. Article Continues Below Read all the latest Spoilers Later on, Gary headed over to the flat to fetch some clothes for Theo. He then spotted Todd in a bad way and tried to help him regain composure. He then filled Todd in on the fact that Theo had slept in his van all night. Theo decided to call it quits (Credit: ITV) Todd and Theo parted ways in Coronation Street Trying to act as the middle man, Gary Windass then managed to get Theo and Todd to talk things over.Don't miss a single story! Todd apologised to Theo for the way he’d acted the night before, wrestling with him. But, when Todd asked Theo if he was sorry too, Theo’s apology wasn’t very convincing. Theo then admitted that the relationship wasn’t working as all of the fun times were tainted with fights. He then blamed Todd for making him unhappy. As Todd apologised to him once again, Theo took his engagement ring off and placed it in Todd’s palm. In one final blow he said ‘goodbye, Toddles,’ before walking out of the flat and ending their relationship. But, is this the last of Todd and Theo? Is Todd finally free? Unfortunately, we think there’s more to come for these two.
