1. Debbie’s finds a cellmate in Lou

Debbie’s day goes from bad to worse when she’s handed a prison ‘plus-one’ – and it turns out to be Lou Michaelis. Debbie’s far from thrilled about her new cell-side companion.

Meanwhile, Adam reckons Debbie’s recent TIA could be her get-out-of-jail card, quietly telling Carl he plans to push for a lighter sentence. Will Debbie catch a break… or just more bad company?

2. Jodie and Shona visit their dad

Shona’s suspicions lead her straight into an emotional ambush when she follows Jodie to a psychiatric unit and meets their long-lost, confused dad. Tears flow as Jodie admits she was left holding the responsibility bag after their mum did a runner. Hearts soften fast, with Shona realising there’s more truth than trickery here.

Reassurance is dished out, bridges are rebuilt, and Jodie is officially welcomed into the family fold. A surprise reunion… and a rare moment of calm on the cobbles.

3. Jodie takes a liking to David

Jodie gives Shona a not-so-gentle shove off the straight and narrow when a frazzled Shona snaps at Lily and is promptly sent packing for the afternoon. Instead of a heartfelt trip to see dad, Jodie reroutes her into a boozy night out.

At the bistro, Shona bristles over Carl’s flirting, while Jodie turns on the tears. Drinks flow, judgement doesn’t, and a conveniently summoned David is left hauling his drunken wife home.

With Shona tucked up, Jodie settles in for movie night with David. But while she plays perfect houseguest by morning, smashing the wedding photo hints she’s quietly cracking something far bigger.

4. Megan vs Sam

Sam’s school stress hits boiling point when Daniel reveals his essay has mysteriously vanished – and Sam’s convinced Megan’s had a hand in the great homework heist. While Maggie tries (and fails) to derail Eva’s birthday bash, everyone lands in the Bistro, where Sam pricks up his ears as Daniel chats about students misusing ADHD meds as study shortcuts. Add Megan whispering to Will at the bar, and Sam’s alarm bells are clanging.

The pressure ramps up the next morning when Sam receives a dodgy text offering Ritalin for a fiver a pop. Megan swoops in, all concern and offers of ‘extra help.’ But is it support… or a trap? To make matters messier, Megan later tells Daniel that Sam despises her and rejected her kindness outright. Homework wars have officially gone nuclear.

5. Daniel wants answers over his attack

Will’s temper flares at exactly the wrong moment! Daniel meets Colin, the man locked up for the Christmas attack, only to discover he’s not the culprit after all. Will, already on edge over money and with Maggie waving red flags about his short fuse, can’t keep his cool.

When Daniel catches a comment about his ‘terrible temper,’ the pieces start to fall into place. Will Will finally see the truth… or will his hot-headed ways get him burned again?

6. Ollie and Lauren date

Ollie asks Lauren out, and sparks fly over dinner at the Bistro. Their date goes so well he invites her to a Fallowfield student party. When she tells Betsy and Carla, Betsy offers some party-perfect threads. Will Ollie’s charm and a little fashion magic make it a night to remember?

7. A takeaway lands Todd in trouble

Sarah and George treat Todd to beers and a takeaway, warming his heart. But missed calls from Theo pull him away, guilt gnawing at him. Feeling for skint Summer, Todd gets a wage advance from George and shares half.

Theo, making it impossible to say ‘no,’ gives Todd a tenner for tea with strict receipt instructions, then confronts him over a takeaway’s calorie count, ordering Todd on a run. Limping past James, Todd returns home to find Billy’s photo missing. Will Theo fess up?

Later, Todd rubs his sore neck, the day’s chaos clearly taking its toll.

8. Todd hits boiling point

Theo can’t help but chuckle at the love bite on Todd’s neck, but the day quickly spirals. At the shop, a furious Annie threatens to sue George over a dodgy will, adding fuel to the fire.

Later, Todd, already tormented by Jake’s teasing about the love bite, finally snaps when Jake jokingly claims he’s pregnant. Gary steps in, leaving Todd red-faced and mortified. Back at home, after Gary calls, all eyes turn to Theo… how will he handle Todd’s meltdown?

9. Todd tries to run away from his problems

After pounding the streets, Todd returns from his run only to collapse, completely spent, in front of George and Christina. Breathless and battered, he’s forced to confront what he’s been running from. Will Todd finally spill the truth, or will he keep his secrets under wraps a little longer?

10. Carl fights fire with fire

When Ryan orders Carl to stick up QR codes, Carl digs his heels in and Ronnie sides with Ryan. Furious when he discovers the stickers in the bin, Ryan promptly sacks him. Enraged and feeling cornered, Carl hatches a fiery plan to get back at the hotel… and maybe burn a few bridges while he’s at it. Will his temper spark more than just trouble?
