Elsewhere, Theo tries to control yet another important aspect of Todd’s life. Here’s everything that’s happening in Coronation Street on tonight. Bernie isn’t contactable (Credit: ITV) 1. Bernie’s boozy night comes back to bite At No.7, Dev is pacing like a man waiting on a missing cat, convinced something’s gone terribly wrong. Kit and Asha do their best to calm him, insisting Bernie will eventually resurface… probably with a headache the size of Weatherfield. Over in the café, Sally plays birthday fairy and treats Brody to breakfast, while a jittery Gemma confides in Roy that Bernie has completely vanished. Will Ryan finally spill what he knows about Bernie’s late-night antics? As Dev, Asha, Gemma and Chesney prepare to head off to Brody’s party, the front door finally opens and in staggers a worse-for-wear Bernie. Outside No.4, she admits to Gemma that last night went very, very wrong. But before she can explain, her blood runs cold as Mal appears. Kevin’s spiralling fast After discovering Kevin passed out in a customer’s car, Abi heads straight to Street Cars flat to voice her fears to Debbie. Kevin’s clearly not coping, and both his business and wellbeing are hanging by a thread. Something’s got to give – and soon. Theo controls Todd once again (Credit: ITV) 3. Todd cuts up everything but the truth Theo opens Todd’s post and finds a final credit card demand staring back at him. Mortified, Todd insists it’s under control. Theo isn’t buying it. He lays down the law, forcing Todd to snip up his bank cards and switch to cash only. Will Todd stick to the plan, or is temptation waiting round the corner? 4. Roy gets a very unwelcome return When Nina mentions the flat has no electricity, Roy calmly explains he’s already called an electrician. But when Mal turns up, it’s clear this is one shock Roy wasn’t prepared for. Sparks are flying and not just from the wiring.
