Elsewhere, Sam works out a way to use Megan’s grooming secret to his advantage. Here’s everything happening in Coronation Street on tonight. Jodie gets close to David (Credit: ITV) 1. Jodie turns up the heat and stirs the pot Shona’s fuse finally blows when Lily won’t stop banging on about a must-have water bottle that apparently costs more than the weekly shop. One sharp snap later, David steps in and orders his frazzled wife to clock off early. Jodie sees her chance and grabs it with both hands. When Shona admits she’s considering a visit to their dad, Jodie quickly reroutes the plan straight to a night out instead. Why face family drama when there’s prosecco to be poured? Jodie responds with Oscar-worthy tears, while Shona is quietly refilled at every opportunity. Mission accomplished. With Shona well and truly three sheets to the wind, Jodie summons David to play hero and escort his wife home. Once Shona’s tucked up, Jodie keeps David company with a cosy film night… all perfectly innocent, of course. 2. Mal plugs himself into Bernie’s life Over in the café, Mal quietly watches Dev and Bernie together and decides he quite fancies sticking around. Declaring Roy’s flat a full-blown electrical disaster, Mal insists a total rewire is needed. Funny how sparks keep flying where Bernie’s concerned… Sam is keeping a close eye on Megan (Credit: ITV) 3. Sam goes into full detective mode Sam sees red when Daniel reveals his essay has mysteriously vanished, and he’s convinced Megan’s fingerprints are all over it. While Maggie desperately tries to derail Ben’s plans, the gang head to the Bistro for Eva’s birthday bash. Sam stays laser-focused, pricking his ears as Daniel discusses the dangers of using ADHD meds as study aids. Meanwhile, Megan chats away to Will at the bar, completely unaware she’s being watched like a hawk with a notebook. 4. Adam fights for Debbie Elsewhere, Adam quietly plots to use Debbie’s latest TIA in a bid to shave time off her sentence. 5. Todd puts his own worries aside to help Summer Feeling guilty that Summer’s skint after splashing out on groceries, Todd arranges a wage advance from George and secretly slips her half.
