Debbie comforts Paula Life inside the cell block takes a messy turn for Debbie when her peace is shattered by Paula, who barges in mid-meltdown. Between sobs, Paula unloads her woes, revealing her boyfriend has dumped her and is now serving time for aggravated burglary. Debbie attempts a gentle show of sympathy, but comforting Paula proves to be a risky move. With emotions running high and loyalties uncertain, Debbie may have just made a dangerous enemy instead of a friend. 2. Ronnie wants answers in Coronation Street spoilers Outside the prison walls, the truth Debbie’s been sitting on finally explodes. Ronnie and Kevin visit her, expecting answers – and they get them. Debbie admits that Carl’s long-held belief is correct. She is his mother. The revelation hits Ronnie like a freight train. Furious and blindsided, he heads straight out to confront Carl. Hope, never one to miss an opportunity, retrieves the papers and returns them to Rita, earning herself some unexpected brownie points. Emboldened, Hope asks Rita to help her with her Duke of Edinburgh award, but promptly ruins her chances with a tactless crack about Rita’s age. 6. Maggie confesses Maggie makes a startling confession to Ben and Eva – she deliberately put Lauren on the rota to sabotage her date with Ollie. But why?
