Emmerdale spoilers for Friday, March 28 see Caleb in a life-threatening situation as Crowley works to save him. Can he manage it?

1. Dr Crowley fights to save Caleb in Emmerdale spoilers

After Caleb flatlined on the operating table last night, Joe and Crowley are in a panic. Will Caleb survive? Will Joe get his kidney transplant? Can Emmerdale really get away with this kidney plot?

Well, Crowley is certainly determined and he works hard to save Caleb’s life. Desperate to bring him back from the brink, will he be successful? And what does that mean for Joe’s future? If Crowley can get Caleb’s kidney into Joe’s body, will his life also be saved?

And what will the consequences be? Lots of questions and will hopefully bring us (some) answers!

2. April spirals

Things between April and Marlon are still strained. Feeling like he is walking on eggshells around his daughter, Marlon does not know what to do. And the letter from Dylan is burning a hole in his pocket. Despite Paddy insisting Marlon passes it on to April, Marlon has not done so yet – will he regret that?

April goes to Arthur’s house to spend some time with her old friends. But her experiences make her feel on the outer and set apart from everyone.

It’s not long before things take a turn. What has April done this time? And how will it affect her already fragile relationship with her dad?

3. Marlon despairs in Emmerdale spoilers

After April’s latest stunt, Marlon just doesn’t know what to do. Rhona is also unsure, but it’s clear they are on different pages on how to handle April.

With Marlon insisting it has to be softly softly in case she runs away again, Rhona is adamant he needs to be a dad now not a friend. Will they find common ground? And will they be able to help April?

Emmerdale usually airs weeknights on ITV at 7.30pm, with an early release on ITVX at 7am.
