Kaggie has been a TV journalist for over 20 years and has been writing about soaps throughout her career.
She’s watched Emmerdale since childhood, growing up with the Dingle kids and the Tates in their Dynasty era.
Carena Crawford, Editor
Carena has been in the soap game for almost 20 years, working on magazines including All About Soap, Inside Soap and Reveal.
During that time, she’s interviewed pretty much every Emmerdale actor that’s passed through the village – and has pulled the odd pint in The Woolpack!
Kerry Barrett, Columnist & Freelance Writer
Kerry has been a journalist for over two decades, spending 10 years at All About Soap as Features Editor.
Her knowledge of Emmerdale is encyclopaedic and she has written two spin-off novels about the families from the soap during World War Two.
Laura Morgan, Freelance Writer
Laura has been writing about soaps for 15 years on titles including Inside Soap, Digital Spy and WhattoWatch.
Her real-life Emmerdale highlight was taking a tour of Emmerdale village and enjoying a game of welly wanging with the cast.

Joel has a long and storied history in entertainment journalism and has covered all things Emmerdale, Coronation Street and EastEnders for Entertainment Daily! since 2021.
Joel’s favourite Emmerdale storyline was Cain Dingle‘s kidnapping of Tom and Sadie King of 2006. He particularly enjoys the non-Emmerdale work of Paddy Dingle, aka Dominic Brunt, whose contributions to horror cinema include Attack of the Adult Babies and, uh, Inbred.

Jade has worked at Reveal, Cosmopolitan and New magazine as a writer and sub editor. Other credits include Digital Spy and soaps have always been her speciality.
Jade’s all-time favourite character is Kim Tate – she will always be the Queen Bee!

Danni is a freelance writer who joined Entertainment Daily and sister site Emmerdale Insider in 2024. She has worked for numerous digital and print publications, covering everything from showbiz and TV to lifestyle and fashion.
Danni’s favourite Emmerdale storyline was Meena Jutla’s reign of terror, and she’d love to see Adam Barton return to the soap.
