A search party for Sam, and Debbie gets a surprise
And, Maria suspects Gary of cheating
In Coronation Street spoilers for Fri, Jun 12, Sam starts seeing multiple versions of Roy and locks himself away.
Elsewhere, Debbie’s loved ones surprise her with a holiday.
Here’s everything that’s happening in Coronation Street on Fri, Jun 12.

1. Sam loses his grip on reality
Things take a seriously worrying turn for Sam as his mind starts playing tricks on him in the most unsettling way. He begins to see Roy beside him, hearing him speak as though he’s right there, fuelling Sam’s fear and confusion at every step.
In a state of panic, Sam ends up at the Rovers, where Will is in the back room happily distracted by a shooting-style video game. But Sam is no longer seeing things clearly. In his head, the situation twists into something far more threatening, as he becomes convinced Roy is warning him that Will is going to harm him too.
Terrified by what he thinks is happening, Sam bolts out of the pub. Will, now alarmed and confused, races after him trying to work out what on earth has set him off.
Sam heads straight into the café and locks himself in, desperate to shut the world out. Will arrives moments later banging on the door, but inside things are only getting worse for Sam.
Roy appears again, but this time it becomes even more confusing for him as he sees not one but two versions of Roy at once. One feels real, the other part of his visions, and Sam is completely unable to separate the two. It’s a frightening moment as his distress ramps up further.
Outside, Nick, Toyah and Leanne arrive and desperately try to coax him out, clearly terrified about how far things are spiralling.

2. Nick comes to a painful realisation
As the search continues, Carla spots Sam out in the precinct and immediately realises something is very wrong. He looks frightened, on edge, and completely out of sorts. She approaches carefully, trying to calm him down while quietly alerting Nick.
Carla phones for help and attempts to keep Sam grounded, but the situation quickly unravels when Nick and David arrive. The moment Sam sees them, he panics and runs off again, leaving everyone more worried than ever.
Shaken by what she has witnessed, Carla tells them she believes Sam may be experiencing psychosis, leaving Nick stunned as the seriousness of the situation really hits home.

3. Maria starts connecting the dots
Elsewhere, Maria’s suspicions about Gary refuse to go away, and things are starting to feel very off to her. Kit speaks to Lisa and makes it clear he believes Gary is now the main person of interest.
Meanwhile, Maria is left waiting in Speed Dahl and confides in Shona that her relationship with Gary hasn’t felt right for a while. Her instincts are clearly telling her something isn’t adding up.
4. Gary finds himself under pressure
Gary tries to smooth things over by apologising to Maria for missing their plan the night before, but any chance of normality quickly disappears when Kit and Lisa turn up.
Lisa explains they want Maria to go over her statement again, and suddenly the atmosphere shifts. Gary’s confidence visibly dips as he realises the questions are far from over and things may be closing in.

5. Debbie gets a surprise
In a much lighter turn, Debbie is left completely stunned when Christina, Glenda and Sally reveal they’ve organised a surprise holiday to Spain for her. It’s an unexpected twist that brings a bit of sunshine into the chaos, and Debbie is left taking it all in as the idea of a getaway suddenly lands in her lap.
