Adam Thomas’ 6-year-old daughter’s brutal response to ‘useless’ dad on I’m A Celebrity
Adam's daughter wasn't impressed with his skills on the showI’m A Celebrity South Africa returned to our screens on Monday night (April 6) as a bunch of familiar faces came back for a second go. Adam Thomas faced his first trial, and he didn’t exactly do that great.
Alongside Adam, other stars who returned for the South Africa series include, Beverley Callard, Ashley Roberts and Scarlett Moffatt. And of course, the highly-anticipated Gemma Collins will be finally making her arrival tonight.
But after witnessing Adam’s shocking participation in the trial, his six-year-old daughter, Elsie, had some things to say.
Adam Thomas took on first trial with Beverley Callard
Immediately after arriving, Adam and Ashley were made team leaders, and were forced to go head-to-head with another member of their team. Ashley chose Mo Farrah to join her, leaving Adam with Beverley.
The trial was to be strapped back-to-back with their partner. One celeb would walk backwards on the platform in the air to collect star pieces, then the other one would try to put the pieces in a puzzle. The only downside, tilt the platform too much and you fall off.
While Ashley and Mo fell off quite a few times, Adam and Bev’s one fall also lost them their star piece – adding 45 seconds onto their time.
Both teams actually managed to get their star pieces within eight minutes. But shockingly, it took adam nine minutes to put the puzzle together – meaning they lost by a significant amount.
As a result, Adam headed to the worse camp alone. Later, he was joined by Bev and Shaun Walsh. However, they quickly realised that none of them can actually cook.

Adam’s daughter reacts to I’m A Celebrity trial
Following the episode, Adam took to his Instagram Stories, to ask his daughter, Elsie, for her opinions. And it wasn’t too great for him.
Adam asked: “Do you think I’m doing well?” and Elsie didn’t hold back the truth.
She laughed and replied: “No. You don’t know how to cook. You are useless. And you can’t even set a fire. Oh, and you can’t do a jigsaw.”
Adam burst out laughing and asked Elsie if she thought he had done “well” on the trial. Elsie responded by rolling her eyes and refusing to answer.
The six-year-old then added: “It’s your opinion. You have done it.” But she added that she “did enjoy” watching the show.
But when Adam went on to as who her “favourite campmate” is so far, she looked to the distance, and refused to answer him.
Alongside the video, Adam wrote: “You can always rely on kids to tell you the truth!”
With only one episode down, Adam – previously known as Mr BushTucker Trial – has plenty more chances to turn things around. And hopefully will make Elsie proud!
