Fans have been left with fears for Denise following BBC iPlayer’s early release of tonight’s episode, as she made a huge decision to help save Jordan.
It’s been a dramatic few days in Walford, as Gray’s evil plan to get Jordan out of the country came into fruition. And it wasn’t long before news quickly spread.

Jordan’s kidnapping outcome
As viewers know, Gray used Ian to get to Chelsea – he made him believe he wouldn’t get out of his prison sentence alive and offered protection.
Chelsea was keen to help Ian, but the prison went into lockdown as Gray’s plan unfolded, leaving Chelsea stuck with her serial killer ex. But Gray wanted to keep her there long enough for Shelia to kidnap Jordan and take him out of the country.
However, panic began spreading throughout the square as many residents realised Jordan was missing. And Kim quickly informed Denise.
She was warned not to leave the hospital, as she may not be well enough to make it back. But in that moment, nothing could stop her, and she headed to the airport to track down her grandson.
Thankfully, the kidnapping plot didn’t drag on too long as Denise found Shelia and stopped her from taking Jordan away. Just at that moment, Chelsea also appeared at the airport, reuniting with her son.

EastEnders fans worried about Denise
Denise was brought back to the hospital, with everyone getting progressively more and more worried about her health, as it was clear the whole day took it out of her.
But EastEnders fans are now concerned more than ever that Denise may not have much time left. At the moment, Denise is tackling acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). This is an aggressive and fast-growing type of blood cancer.
Initially Denise brushed off her symptoms before seeking medical help, and after undergoing more tests, she was given the life-changer cancer diagnosis.
However, Denise had been told she needed to rest and stay in hospital, so taking a very stressful trip to the airport to rescue her grandson is definitely not something she should’ve been doing.
Taking to social media following the early release, fans expressed their fears.
One penned: “Oh God, I have a bad feeling now about Denise after all of this.”
Another added: “This is far too much stress for Denise. Her body won’t be able to cope with everything.”
On Reddit, one penned: “I was pleased Kim stood up to Jack. Her comment at the end about getting married with Denise did sadly make me think Dee doesn’t make it? First time I have ever actually considered this.”
