Last night saw another group of celebs take to the tent in the hope of impressing the judges.

What happened on Celebrity Bake Off 2026 last night?
Last night saw another five celebrities show off their baking skills on the hit Channel 4 spin-off.
Taking part were ex-TOWIE star Mark Wright, Sugababes icon Mutya Buena, Death in Paradise star Ralf Little, actor Emmett J Scanlan, and I’m A Celebrity star Nella Rose.
The day began with the celebs having to make pull-apart savoury rolls with yeasted bread dough in just two hours.
For the technical challenge, the celebs had to make vegan fruit tarts. And for the showstopper, they had to make a cake representing their most ridiculous purchase ever.
Mark made a swimming pool cake, whilst Ralf baked one that looked like a Rolex watch.
In a Bake Off first, Mark and Mutya were named Star Bakers. “We’ve never in 16 years had two Star Bakers. This is unique. It’s a privilege, so we thought, “Ah, give it to the two of them, it’s for Stand Up To Cancer. It’s all good,” Paul Hollywood said.

Viewers feel ‘sick’ over ‘unhygienic’ behaviour
However, fans were left feeling a bit sick after seeing some of the “unhygienic” behaviour on the show.
“Watching #GBBO and the contestants are playing with their hairs and beards, along with the length of their nails… Its ridiculous and surely unhygienic, where are their hair nets?!” one viewer fumed.
“#CelebrityBakeOff why is the finger licking and long nails allowed? So unhygienic,” another wrote.
“How can these celebrities be allowed to ‘bake’ anything for people to eat when they have long false nails and wear lots of jewellery? Health and safety guys,” a third tweeted.

‘It’s ridiculous’
The complaints didn’t end there.
“Bake Off Stand Up To Cancer – nails and hair!!! [sick emojis]” another disgusted viewer tweeted.
“Hair down, long nail extensions, licking her finger and the spatula. I can’t watch this girl anymore,” a fifth said of Nella.
It’s not the first time viewers have complained about the hygiene on the show. Just last week, Molly-Mae Hague came under fire for bringing a “dirty” childhood toy into the tent with her. She made a cake that looked like it for her showstopper.
“Dirty elephant needs a wash,” one viewer said.
“Needs a wash that toy,” another wrote. “Please wash that damn bear,” a third complained.
Celebrity Bake Off continues on Sunday (April 19) from 7.40pm on Channel 4.
