Miranda spoke out in a new video ahead of the next episode of The Celebrity Traitors.

And in it, she was sporting another mud moustache…

Celebrity Traitors’ Miranda Hart shares ‘mad fat old aunt’ fears

Miranda’s new “fat aunt” fears come following two hilarious moments involving her in The Celebrity Traitors.

The Miranda star first raised eyebrows by randomly squawking, “peacock!” while standing in the grounds of Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands.

Viewers were later left in hysterics after watching her in the second episode of the series. The celebrities had been buried underground for the mission and, when Miranda emerged, she had a small mud moustache.

Miranda has now responded with her own take on both moments. In the new reel, she has twigs and leaves in her hair and a tash on her top lip.

“Oh, absolutely I’m delighted Traitors is on the telly finally,” Miranda says in the clip. “It’s really fun. I genuinely loved it so much I wish I’d been filming for months.

“But I just wonder if I’ve segued into the mad fat old aunt role just a little too soon.

“I don’t know. Jury’s out. But… peacock! You’ve greased your what?! Don’t know.”

Miranda was also referring to the moment James Blunt told her he’d used butter on his nipples before squeezing into a wet suit.

Miranda’s Celebrity Traitors react to her hilarious video

If Miranda has slipped into the “fat old aunt role” like she believes, her Celebrity Traitors co-stars are here for it.

Host Claudia Winkleman has reacted to the video with a string of hearts and a ‘crying with laughter’ emoji.

Richard E Grant, who currently has all the attention on him, has also responded. The actor also posted ‘crying with laughter’ emojis and a long line of clapping hands.

Amol Rajan, who was first to be murdered in this year’s Celebrity Traitors, told Miranda: “This is the greatest video ever made.”

Meanwhile, having waiting almost an entire week, fans will finally get to see the results of the first Round Table tonight (Thursday October 8, 2026).

The good news is, it is very likely Miranda will be banished. Phew!
