EastEnders iPlayer episode sees devastating death rock Walford in Denise cancer storyline

EastEnders today (Tuesday, July 14), aired a tragic update in Denise Fox’s cancer storyline as the iPlayer release confirmed a death.
Denise Fox was devastated when she headed to the hospital to find out that her friend Teyana had passed away.
Denise then decided to keep this upsetting news to herself and hide it from her family.

Today in Walford, Denise Fox struggled to adjust to life back at home when she realised that her family had been getting by without her help.
Everyone had pitched in to take on different household tasks, making Denise feel as though she wasn’t needed.
She also struggled with her symptoms, bumping into Ravi outside on a bench. Ravi had no idea that Denise was ill and ended up putting his foot in it.
After listening to her friend Teyana’s voice notes, Denise then chose to visit the ward to give her something to help with her dry skin.
But, she was then told by a member of staff that Teyana had suffered a rapid infection and had just died. This was difficult to comprehend. Tiana had only just left Denise another voice noted that morning.
Denise hid death secret from family
Back at home, Denise failed to update her loved ones on Teyana’s passing. Instead, she kept the news to herself and started to reflect on her own chances of survival.
She even feared that her family were preparing for a life without her. With this, she went upstairs to spend some time alone.
Later on, Denise spotted Jordan outside with an elderly woman. Asking Libby who the woman was, she then found out that the woman was Jordan’s great-nan.
Connecting the dots, she was then horrified to realise that Sheila was Gray’s nan. But, will she intervene and stop any more contact from taking place?
