Nicola undergoes a traumatic birth ordeal in EastEnders
There is a new arrival in EastEnders spoilers for Thu, Apr 2, as Nicola and George’s baby daughter makes a dramatic entrance to the world. Nicola is forced to undergo an emergency c-section weeks before her due date. More heartache follows when Nicola is denied the chance to bond with her newborn.
Elsewhere on the Square, Josh decides he wants to see Jasmine. And an increasingly unhinged Bea makes Billy look like a fool.

1. Nicola is missing in EastEnders spoilers
The launch party for Knight Fusion is in full swing, but someone is noticeably absent from the celebrations. And that person is Nicola. Unbeknownst to George, Nicola’s gone into labour weeks early following her latest run-in with Penny.
Harry is concerned by his mum’s no-show and tells George how Nicola was experiencing stomach pains earlier.
Fearing something might be wrong with the baby, George decides to head home. What will he find when he gets there?
2. Nicola fights her fears
George dashes over to Number 1 where he discovers Nicola lying on the floor.
She’s experiencing agonising contractions and fears their baby is on her way. George knows there is no time to lose and so rushes Nicola straight to Walford General.
But as she’s tended to by the medical staff, Nicola is terrified.
3. Nicola undergoes an emergency caesarean in EastEnders spoilers
Complications arise during Nicola’s labour and she’s forced to undergo an emergency c-section. The little baby girl is delivered and sent straight to NICU.
After such a traumatic birth, Nicola is desperate to see her newborn. Unfortunately she is unable to because of flu symptoms and bleeding. The doctors tell Nicola she will need stay away from her fragile tot until she’s better, but this only adds to her distress.
4. George bonds with his baby girl
After comforting Nicola, George makes his way to NICU.
There the former champion fighter watches his new daughter through an incubator. George is overwhelmed with love for his little girl. Will she defy the odds and pull through?
5. Josh makes a decision about Jasmine
Back on the Square, Kim is busy shooting her mouth off about Jasmine.
Josh is hurt by Kim’s crass comments, but it gets him thinking. Josh wonders if it might be time to pay his incarcerated sister a visit.
After so many years apart, can it really be a happy family reunion for Jasmine and Josh?
6. EastEnders spoilers: Bea makes Billy feel stupid
Billy has had enough of Bea’s reckless spending and decides to confront her about it. Bea is offended – of course – but turns the tables on Honey’s husband, making him feel like a fool.
Later, Bea is still stewing over Billy’s words and decides to take action. What will she do next?
