Another Slater is on their way out of Walford next week as Freddie prepares to head off travelling with Anna. But relations within the family are at an all-time low following Zoe’s fall out with Jean.
Zoe is convinced Jean is the one who’s been making her life hell, but Kat doesn’t agree. She thinks someone else is behind the sinister threats and creepy goings on.
Things are still fraught as the Slaters gather for Freddie and Anna’s send-off celebrations, which coincides with the Walford festive light switch on. Lily is concerned her nan is pushing herself too hard, while Kat is struggling to keep an increasingly agitated Zoe calm.
Elaine makes a speech, wishing Freddie and Anna well. But the good mood is ruined when the Christmas lights go on, revealing a menacing message in The Queen Vic window. This sets Zoe off again as she vows to find who’s tormenting her.

A while later Zoe sees something inside Tommy’s rucksack which makes her convinced he’s her stalker.

Anthony takes Zoe in
Zoe confronts her half-brother, demanding the truth. But Tommy swears to her – and his parents – that he’s innocent.
Angry at Kat and Alfie for taking Tommy’s side, Zoe lashes out at them before heading downstairs and rowing with Vicki at the bar. Kat is forced to break up the fight and reluctantly tells Zoe to go.
With nowhere else to go, Zoe seeks refuge at Anthony’s. He invites her to stay, while the rest of the family say a fond farewell to Freddie and Annie.

Saying goodbye to Freddie so soon after Stacey leaves Jean feeling bereft.
Lily is concerned for her nan’s mental health and can see how hard she’s taking Freddie going. The teen speaks to Anthony, who suggests Jean makes an appointment with him. But when Lily suggests this to her nan she’s met with an angry refusal.
Elsewhere, Lauren and Zoe continue to bond as they discuss Zoe’s long-lost son. But as the pair head back to Number 25, someone is watching them from the shadows. Is it Zoe’s stalker? And are they finally ready to show their face?
