Euphoria season 3: What time it's out and how to watch the 'final series'

Is this truly the end of Euphoria?
Cameron Frew

Euphoria season 3 – which may be the end of the HBO series – is nearly here, so make sure you know exactly what time it’s out tonight and how to watch it.

It’s been nearly seven years since Sam Levinson introduced the world to the racy, drug-addled, and toxic drama of East Highland High School.

Now, Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, and Jacob Elordi are three of the biggest stars in the world – and their Euphoria journey could be coming to a close. Whether it’s a wedding, an OnlyFans career, or Rue possibly pursuing vengeance, the series may be about to go out with a bang.

Everyone will be talking about Euphoria season 3, so you’d better know when to tune in and where you can stream it in the UK.

What time is Euphoria season 3 out tonight?

Euphoria season 3 episode 1 will premiere at 2am UK time on Monday, April 13, before airing again at 9pm the same day.

This may seem like a ridiculous time for a show to air in the UK. However, there’s something you need to remember: Euphoria is an HBO show, first and foremost.

That means it needs to abide by North American time zones. If it first aired at 9pm in the UK, that’d be 1pm PT in the US, which is really early in the day for a show like Euphoria.

If you’re in the US or another territory, check out when it drops in other time zones:

How to watch Euphoria season 3

UK viewers have three ways to watch Euphoria season 3: HBO Max, Sky, or a NOW TV subscription.

The first episode will air on Sky Atlantic at 2am on April 13. However, it will also be available to stream on HBO Max at the exact same time.

How much does HBO Max cost in 2026?

While there are several HBO Max plans available, it costs anywhere between £4.99 and £14.99 per month (before you include any add-ons). Check them out below:

How many episodes will there be?

There are eight episodes in total in Euphoria season 3.

It’s unclear exactly how long each episode will be, but it’d be sensible to expect at least hour-long instalments and a longer finale.

After all, Euphoria’s third season has the honour of being the “first narrative television series to shoot significant volume of 65mm film”, blurring the lines of cinema and television more than ever before.

  • Episode 5: May 11, 2026

Who’s in the cast?

Several stars will reprise their roles in Euphoria season 3, including Zendaya as Rue, Sydney Sweeney as Cassie, and Jacob Elordi as Nate Jacobs. This season’s cast also includes:

  • Hunter Schafer as Jules
  • Nika King as Leslie
  • Alexa Demie as Maddy
  • Maude Apatow as Lexi
  • Martha Kelly as Laurie
  • Chloe Cherry as Faye

Notably, it’ll feature Eric Dane’s final on-screen appearance. The actor, who rose to fame on Grey’s Anatomy and played Cal Jacobs in Euphoria, died in February this year at the age of 53, coming after he’d been diagnosed with ALS.

Levinson had told Dane that he wasn’t expected to return, given his condition – but the star insisted.

“There’s all these people around, and he just showed up with such grace and dignity. He’s a consummate professional all the way through, and I miss him,” the showrunner said (via Variety).

Is Euphoria ending with season 3?

There currently aren’t any plans for Euphoria season 4, and going by several interviews, it looks like the series will end with season 3.

Bear in mind that fans have waited almost four years for Euphoria season 3. Many members of its cast have gotten spectacularly famous, so another season would be difficult from a scheduling standpoint.

Also, crucially, the show may have simply run its course.

When asked by Drew Barrymore if it’d be the last season, Zendaya said: “I think so, yeah… closure is coming.”

Speaking to Variety at the premiere, Demie also said: “I honestly haven’t given it any thought. I’ve been so present with season three. And… I don’t know. I don’t know! That’s a question for Sam, I feel. He can answer that.”

However, in a red carpet interview with Extra, she was asked if the show is ending with series 3. “It feels like it,” Demie said.

As for Levinson, he’s confirmed that he has “no plans” for season 3. “I want to finish this as strong as I can. I’m cutting [episodes] seven and eight still. I’m putting some finishing touches. I just want to deliver a [bleep] slam dunk season,” he said.
