Fans want to see Adam get the crown this timeI’m A Celebrity South Africa is nearing the end of its first week, and viewers are already debating who they think deserves to be the legend. And despite some finding him annoying at the beginning, Adam Thomas is quickly becoming a fan-favourite.
Adam was adored by viewers 10 years ago, on the 2016 series of the show, so it’s not really surprising that some fans have taken a likening to him once again. A decade ago, he finished in third place, but this year he’s hoping to get that ‘Legend’ status.
While he was known as Mr BushTucker Trial on his series, the all stars trials aren’t voted for by the public, so there is a chance we won’t see him take on as many. However, that definitely doesn’t mean his time in the jungle will be quiet.

Immediately when he arrived in the South African jungle, Adam was made one of the team leaders. But unfortunately for him, he lost the trials, which meant his team was heading for Savannah Scrubs.
However, despite all of the horrible circumstances surrounding them, the team remained in positive spirits, and that was largely down to Adam’s infectious personality.
On Wednesday night, Adam and his team had to go head-to-head with Main Camp in another trial, and the episode finished on another cliffhanger before we could see who came out victorious.
We know we still have a lot more to see from Adam, as reports suggest a huge feud between him and latecomer Jimmy Bullard. But, while we wait to see what happens there, fans are finally routing for Adam to go all the way.

However, as Adam was more in the focus on Wednesday night’s episode (April 9), it gave viewers a chance to see the real version of him. And it’s safe to say, it didn’t disappoint.

Viewers then took to X to share their thoughts on Adam in the jungle so far. And one thing is for sure, a lot of them want him to get to the end.
One fan penned: “Adam is absolutely hilarious tonight!”
Another added: “Adam and Gemma are going to make this series. Hope they both make it to the end.”
“Adam is hilarious. Permanently happy. Comes across like such a decent guy. Want to see him in the final,” a third commented.
Another wrote: “Give Adam the crown already!”
However, a few still found Adam a bit annoying. One penned: ‘Adam needs to pipe down just a little bit.” And another commented: “Why does Adam have to laugh at absolutely everything? So annoying!”
With I’m A Celebrity South Africa in full swing, only time will tell who makes it to the end – and if Adam can beat his third place victory.
